This is a very well designed figure, no problem standing it on a smooth, level surface and once placed it is very stable.Unlike a lot of PAPO figures, this has been sculpted full of movement and life.As another reviewer writes, the axe is moulded separately. It is a tight fit but can easily be twisted and moved through the hands. I haven't tried removing it.Painting is OK although the facial features are not so distinctive as on the web page photo.The figure I received is a mirror image of the one shown, i.e. sword is worn on left hand hip and axe is being swung from right to left.I'm really pleased I bought it.I recommend it as a birthday gift or stocking filler for a boy of any age ;).

brought to go with my sons castle for his 3rd birthday and he loves it, good heavy duty material, just wish they came better presented

Good toy .i ordered 2 by mistake but that's fine. This knight has not been played with yet. More later !
