My previous projector was an LG PF1500, also an LED projector. I bought it used, and used it for 3 years. It was as good on the day I sold it as the day I bought it. It was my second LED projector. I wanted to upgrade to 4k, so when I read about Optomas UHL55 LED projector I knew it would be perfect for my needs. After receiving it I can confirm it is. The picture quality is excellent, surprisingly even the speakers are good. My set up is paired to an Apple TV and a Bluetooth speaker. The reason I prefer LED is having a bad experience with an Epsom conventional projector, and wearing out the bulb prematurely. I love the 20k hour life of LED projectors. They are unbeatable. We don't have a TV,
