While it's a good fit and it helps with my bjj rolls, i cannot help but fear that the thin strap (especially the chin one) will fall apart sooner or later.It's just a thin layer of fabric inserted through a "hole" in another fabric. That's bound to get wrecked at some point, doesn't it? But i can't review the item now for what "will happen". However, after the first gym use, there were already some threads running loose that i had to cut down in order to not deteriorate the stitches more. I hope it will serve me for at least a year of moderate use (twice a week, for a span of 2hrs at most). I bought three different headguards that i will rotate in order to help protect them.Overall, it does the job,

This was purchased for my son who has found a lot ofheadguards are uncomfortable as the chin strap is often rough. This one however has been finished with an edging so it doesn't cut in. Does the job .

I bought this for my 9 year old grandson it fits well and protects his head as hoped he loves it and I am the best nan in the world so its a very good buy for us

Bought this for my just turned 12year old son. It fits but will need to be loosened soon as v snug. Wish I'd gone bigger and tightened
