I need to record sound from time to time and for years lugged around an open reel Nagra, long after it had dropped out of sight in normal use. Time to get a digital recorder and having bought an Olympus LS-11 Linear PCM Recorder - a Digital voice recorder - it seemed to me that it would be better off in a sturdy canister. I'd seen one of these "vaults" - what a daft name for God's sake! - on the table in a cafe and they took a little tracking down.For my purpose, it is more or less ideal. It makes the quite small piece of kit big enough to find easily in the dark of a bag in bright sunloght and has room for a couple of SD cards, some leads, a wind muff and other bits including (occasionally)

This is good protection for your sunglasses. It is well made and looks very durable. I do like the distressed look of the outside which adds effect. I would reccommend this product to anyone with Oakley sunglasses, as i think that the soft vault is a bit pointless because your sunglasses can still get crushed etc. Go for this one, you wont be disappointed with it, because your sunglasses will still be intact when you go to use them.

I have had this for a while now and must say it is very good! Ideal if say you go to the beach, or are in the car etc etc you can just chuck your shades in this. With reference to the other reviewer though you wouldn't put them in this and then put it in your pocket, can't say I have ever put shades in my pocket though!?! Their normally on my head or hanging form shirt if the weather warrants shades in the first place!

This was just what I needed for my glasses case. I cycle a lot so throw them in the rucksack. Now I dont have to worry about them getting squashed as this case is tough!I dont mind the large size, just as long as it does the job. I also rather like the 'distressed' look of the metal.All in all it's spot on, roll on summer!

Great glasses case, plenty of room to fit my husband's sunglasses in. He's had a few mishaps with glasses in the past so was looking for something sturdy... The case has certainly met my expectations. Great purchase.

Ok so other reviews have said it's a large case. But I got it as the dimensions looked right to fit my x Juliet Oakley's. But it's just too small. So my half jacket are now in the vault.The case look cool .

was impressed with this case, its bigger than i thought, but it is solid. leaves loads of space when the sunglasses are in it. no change of the glasses being damaged. arrived on time

Its a good case, but very big and quite expensive for what it is.It could have been two thirds of the size and would have fitted my glasses.But I like it and would recommend

Had a pair of Oakley sunglasses but sadly no a case for them. Duly looked up on Amazon and as always they had the answer to my problem. Does exactly what I wanted it for.

Very substantial protection , rather larger than expected.These are not really convenient to carry round due to size , will not fit in man's average size pocket.

Fits my batwolfs perfect, and they are one of the biggest pairs. Get loads of great comments about this cool case. This will survive an earhquake!

I've got the smaller one, for my sunglasses (Oakley Ducati) and they've been round the world in my rucksack, for a case its almost indestructible

Very good case, absolutely no chance of your shades being crushed unless you dropped them under a steam roller. Slightly too bulky though.
