The shoes fits true to size, runs narrow but in a good way so if you like a snug fit I would suggest the size you wear in your regular cleats. If you like a more comfortable feel a size 1/2 up is your best bet. The only problem I could point out is the back of the shoe kinda arches in a bit, but it's not uncomfortable. A size 1/2 up should fix the problem. Overall quality shoe at a good price!

Shoes are great, but runs small, so go half size or full size up.
