This is a wonderful, snuggly and warm coat. The colour is lovely, it seems to be well made.Downsides:1. HoodThe hood is ridiculously big and unfortunately, not in a graceful kind of way. It is very narrow but it is long - if you pull the hood over your head it falls to the front, so you can't actually see! I really do not understand this design.2. QualityAs soon as I opened the package, somehting fell out. It was one of the closures on the front of the jacket so you couldn't close that button and it is very visible of a flaw. I think for this price point things like this should not happen and I keep seeing this as an ongoing problem in both the UK and German Amazon review sections.I'm a UK 10-12 and I ordered an XL,

Really happy with this jacket, looking forward to wearing it in the winter. Great quality, lovely shape. I went a size up (normally a UK size 12) but ordered an XL which fits perfectly with a jumper underneath. Love the fake fur trim round the hood, looks great and is super cozy. Highly recommend.

Very nice coat, I am 5ft tall and after reading comments decided to purchase a large size, the sleeves are a little long but l am glad i did the coat fits great. The fur also unzips from hood. Recommended .

I like everything about this coat ,the way it looks which is trendy and also for its practicalities .Highly recommended,very stylish

Had a few issues with delivery too a while but the coat is brilliant and warm and I like it alot
