Fitted on a mk2 Skoda Fabia estate with factory fitted raised bars. We had a little trouble getting the locking caps off, turns out you need more force than you'd think.Once fitted we attached a surf board in a case using straps. The straps we fitted from to back pulled the bars together a little on the journey. The solution was to refit them and only put pressure on the straps laterally, so they're held down and onto the car's roof bars. We'll know for next time.If you were to take these off and on regularly you might want to use a low ratio drill, like a wind down legs on a caravan, as the winding is a little laborious. But we'll use them probably twice a year,

Wasn't sure how these bars would be, given some mixed reviews. Pleasantly surprised, they seem to be decent quality and came fully assembled. Very easy to put on to the roof bars on my Skoda Fabia 2012 estate, just the included allen key and a tape measure required. The end cap locks were a tiny bit stiff the first couple of times I used them, but loosened off fine after locking and unlocking a few times.

First roof bars I've bought, had them fitted in less than 10 minutes of delivery. Have already used them to move some ladders. They do fit the original Kangoo despite what the listing says. The locks work fine so maybe the other reviews saying locks bad received faulty items. I got them on offer at £24 I'm not sure I'd have been happy paying the full £41 they are today.

Having a brand new all Electric car, yet being an ex-builder, I often carry large pieces of wood.To avoid damaging the seating, or scratching the interior, it is easier to place on a roof rack.Being a lorry driver, used to rope and sheets, it is ideal.Good product at good value

Really came In hand for my V50. They helped me move house. I was going to leave them on the car but they give off alot of noise when you go past 60 mph & I do alot of motorway driving. But really easy to fit & take off worth the money all day long Great Buy

No problems fitting to my C Class estate 2013. Obviously the quality is not quite the same as the expensive brands but seems sturdy enough, no problems attaching a roof box and taking it 100 miles on holiday. Would recommend.

They do what I want them to do and are good for the price. My only compliant is that the locks are very stiff and feel as though the key feels as though it will snap when applying enough pressure to unlock or lock the bars.

The general quality of the roof bars are equal to more expensive versions, although the lock mechanisms are stiff. They took a little time to engage but once locked, there is no risk of them coming loose.

Ordered for my 2014 Skoda Octavia estate and fitted perfectly.Locks can be difficult to turn with key occasionally but other than that, no other problems. Does the job, would recommend.

Look nice have to be careful with the lock mechanism as a retaining pin just dropped out whilst fitting bars . They can vibrate in a crosswind but are sturdy and look nice .

Fits golf 7.5 GTD estate brilliantly.Just as good as the Thule for a fraction of the price.Check the bars every so often as they do work loose over time.

Fitted roof bars to my MK2 Skoda Octavia Estate. Went on a dream, no need to shorten bars. Quality is fine for the price point. Very happy!

Product works ok but the hole that takes the lock is very thin and bent as I locked it.I ended up purchasing a better product.

They are good bit of a fiddle putting them on and one of the rubber pads has fallen off, but they are fine

This is a simple system, locking and secure as well as robust. Carries a good load too and easy to fit.
