I needed this for heat shrinking sleeves on 18650 batteries and it does the job perfectly. More importantly similar jobs can be done anywhere without the anchor of a mains cable and power socket. It's good quality and well made and comes with a couple of attachments for directing heat.

Perfect for heat shrinking. Lots of reviews saying doesn’t get got enough, absolute rubbish! If you looking to strip paint buy a 230v one. This isn’t what this is for. Rated 400’C does exactly what it says. And no wires!!!

have started to change all my cordless tools to milwaukee after my girlfriend bought me some for my birthday last year, use them everyday 6 days a week fantastice love them
