I’ve been using the black Medela nursing bra for a good while now and now also have the white. Being a year into our breastfeeding journey I do like how easy these are to unclip and reclip one handed but they are quite exposing because they don’t have an A-frame. I also don’t find they are ideal past the 6 month mark really because with the sizing just being small, medium, large etc you don’t get the perfect fit and also don’t get quite as much support as you would from a specific size. They are very comfortable to wear though and while they do have quite a large back band, the straps are not quite as thick as some other brands so don’t stand out quite as much if worn with a cami top (although they are still very noticeable).

When you are looking for a maternity bra, it is not usually glamour that is the main aim, but comfort and ease of use. The 'Medela Maternity Bra' has all the elements you would expect; it has a comfortable fit, strong back and you can detach the side to allow easy access for feeding. Due to these bras being more for nursing than wearing out and about they come in sizes. These are generous with the Medium fitting someone that would be considered a large, especially during the feeding months. You may want to consider getting the size you think will be right, or go one smaller - going larger will not be required as Medela have taken into account changes in the body during pregnancy.The lack of support means that this is a casual bra to be worn whilst feeding.

This bra is lightweight and very comfortable. It definitely has the ability to grow with you as a maternity bra, however, as such I don't feel that it provides the support I require with having a larger cup size although, it does fit well on the back (and body) size.As my baby has not arrived yet, I cannot comment on the efficiency with nursing other that to say that the clips are easy to unfasten and fasten which is a necessity.I have found it incredibly useful as a sleep bra due to its soft and comfortable material which is beneficial for using nursing pads and assisting in a good nights sleep.Overall I would recommend this bra, just not necessarily for it's intended day time use.

This bra is very comfortable and made of a very soft fabric. So easy to wear with thin shoulder straps that clip on and off easily. My niece who is seven months pregnant finds it the most comfortable maternity bra she has used so far. She is a 36C cup and this is supportive enough for her at the moment.I don't know how good it will be when she is breast feeding and her milk arrives, but at the moment she is delighted and says she is going to order two more. The sizes are not normal bra sizes but come in small, medium and large. The one we received is a medium and seems just the right size for a 36C bust. Happy to recommend as a maternity bra and hopefully a nursing one too.

I have used many Medela products in the past and they have all been good quality and well designed. This bra is no exception. The design is simple and effective, and the stitching flawless. It comes in neat packaging with no waste. It offers just the right mix of support and comfort, which is important in a nursing bra when you have sore nipples and aching breasts. In terms of sizing these are a little on the large size compared to a normal bra but that is fine for nursing where the size needed can change for several reasons.I have no negatives; the price isn't cheap but it's reasonable for such a high quality product.

Vine review : wish I had these bras for nightimes when I was first breastfeeding. They are lovely and soft and the fabric silky and comfortable. The clips to drop down and feed are easy to operate and the straps feel comfortable even on larger breasts so you don't get the added discomfort of digging in when your breasts are a bit engorged. They do not provide ant structure really and there isnt a huge amount of support so I would prefer this more for a nightime or for being about at home, though some I know prefer this type all the time.

I wish I had found this bra 12 months ago. At the tail end of my breastfeeding journey I've gone through so many bras and found I need different things for different occasions, and the hardest thing is finding a comfortable feeding bra for nighttime that supports enough and accommodates nursing pads as well as not feeling like you're being strangled! The material is soft and light and the clip down is really easy to use. Well done medela, not only do you produce good breast pumps but this foray into clothing is executed well too.

This type of bra is great in the third trimester and first few weeks/ months of breastfeeding as it is so stretchy and therefore can adapt to changes in breast size. Whilst there isn’t much support, it is very comfy as there are no wires or seams. It is easy to unclip one handed however there is no structure underneath so does expose more than other nursing bras. Overall I would recommend this for home/ nighttime use particularly in the early days of breastfeeding.

This is very comfortable. A good cup fit for the bigger endowed lady.A nice material, not course or rough in any way and gives great support with wide straps so you don’t get that horrible cording of the shoulder straps when wearing it. When the straps roll up into a cord on the shoulder, it isn’t just uncomfortable, it can cause a lot of pain.I am very pleased with this, especially the fit and the support that it gives.

This maternity bra is really comfortable to wear .it is a size medium which is adjustable so fits a range of cup and back sizes. Thus us perfect as as a new mother you will change size and this can easily adjust to match your perfect fit.it is a nice fresh and clean colour.It is so easy to unhook for feeding and to re hook again when finished.It washes and dries well.Overall a great maternity and nursing bra.5 Stars

UNDERWEAR============This is a well made and nice looking piece of underwear. It doesn't look too foxy but looks ok. It's very comfortable.MATERIAL=========Feels nice and good quality. Has a mixture of materials which give it some give, but also some comfort and breathability.QUALITY========Well stitched and even, No loose threads, no uneven bits and well constructed. Very well made.GOOD=====It's fine.

Very comfortable fit. The fastenings are good quality and feel very secure, unlike cheaper brands. The straps are a good thickness without being overly broad. For me this is a good early pregnancy fit but I might struggle later. If the fabric was more breathable I would give it 5 stars but in warm weather you may find this a little too warm to be the most comfortable.

I got this bra in a medium and it is a comfortable fit for me at 34D breastfeeding. The fabric also washes well however for some reason, it randomly unclips itself during the day so I have to refasten it. That is very inconvenient and embarrassing if a breast pad was to fall out. Overall, I like this bra, it just needs the kinks ironed out.

This is a fitted, basic bra, ideal for when you need extra support in bed, or when relaxing.For me, there wasn't enough support, and I think its slightly too small on fitting - this means it stretches easily and soon loses its shape.Comfortable to wear though, and looks nice on.

love this bra.It is well made form a long established trusted brand.had a number of nursing bras and all have been cast aside in favour of this. it is both practical and very comfortable and I was immediately tasked with ordering several more.Happy mum, happy little one.
