Glasses not protected in the box so we’re smashed to pieces before I even opened them. LSA, you surely don’t want me to return this dangerously shape broken glass to get a refund to do? Gutted as they looked beautiful and were for a gift.

As these were a present they were really disappointing. For the money I don't think they should arrive scratched. The packaging was not very good for these delicate glasses.
