It's a great bag, the wheels are stable, the handle is good, spacious, durable fabric.Mine developed a fault - over a few weeks of use the left handle got stiff. It grinds, sometimes sticks, makes a noise. Lowe Alpine provide a lifetime guarantee and told me I should return the product. I have bought Lowe Alpine bags many times, they are good stuff, so I'm happy to return and replace/refund. So I tried to return.- The seller (IFL Store) tried to claim on the phone to me that they did not sell the product.- I called Amazon and explained, Amazon were unimpressed, Amazon then rang IFL and told them they had to process a refund.- One month later, IFL store again refused to refund,
