Poles arrived but no ferrules (the rubberised covers for the tips).Really annoying as it renders the poles unusable on some surfaces.Ferrules are a standard part of any trekking pole.Pretty cheap trick to leave them out.Too much hassle to return but I hope others see this and realise they would have to buy the ferriles separately.Most disappointing.
