Arrived promptly and sensibly packed which made unpacking and positioning easy, even for an old guy stricken with age.My wife is delighted with it and the ease with which she had it up and running. She particularly likes the quick i freeze which in time automatically reverts to the pre set temp .We solved reaching items on the bottom by using a couple of baskets from our old freezer. It would be useful to have an additional sliding basket at the top so if anyone from Lec reads this; how about it? I checked some other baskets on the market which are rediculously expensive for what they are so we will keep our eyes open at discount stores for cheap ones which will do the job I'm sure every bit

Excellent freezer but tricky to adjust the temperature. You need to get down onto the floor to press the buttons to set the temperature. You have to be very fast to prevent it from resetting to factory setting. You will need a great many attempts before you succeed because the instruction booklet gives incorrect procedure.A very poor control unit. Although once set correctly it is reliable. If this flaw in design is corrected this would be a great user friendly product.

This item meets virtually all the requirements considered to replace my upright freezer, especially price. Only two shortcomings . . .1. The led indicator is slightly misleading as it does not display the actual internal temperature.2. The lack of a means to compartmentalise the internal space. An additional sliding basket at the top would have been useful and it is somewhat frustrating that, despite considerable searching, they do not appear to be available.

Prompt delivery, which was free. Kept informed of when delivery would be made. Local shop wanted £40 for delivery, even if we collected in-store, as one we wanted was not in stock at their shop. Looks good, preset to correct temp. Also reasonable price. Very happy with purchase.

Arrived undamaged, on time and date. This is in addition to my present Lec Freezer which I have had for many years and so chose another Lec
