I am so pleased with these curtains, the fabric is gorgeous & they definitely block out any light. I have the duck egg colour, which is a little more muted in colour than the pic, however I am actually really pleased about this as they go perfectly in my living room. I noticed other people commented on the creases & "scratches" in the fabric...I was also worried about this but after steaming them, they are in perfect condition. The "scratches" are just the velvet fibres being bent/flattened while packaged. I am extremely happy with these, but bear in mind they will be creased when you unpack them.

My main reason for purchasing was that I needed blackout curtains as my son has narcolepsy and the bedroom needs to be completely dark. These did not disappoint , they are brilliant! Just a note on the colour, they didn’t have the grey in stock which is what I wanted but I have to say, the colour Mink is beautiful. If you need something neutral, that’s not beige these are really beautiful.

I bought these for a bedroom makeover after decorating with a pink colour scheme, I chose the pink colour they were darker then expected like a very dusky/grey pink but actually they give a hint of old fashioned decadence. They also balance out the paler pink in the bedroom, a nice comfortable heaviness, completely black out at night, hang beautifully. Delighted.

I have these up around a week now and they look fab, are great quality and block out a great deal of light. I got the blush colour and although they are more of a mauve they suit my decor so I was very happy with them. I didn’t iron before they were hung but they have straightened out nicely thankfully. Great service from Very as always.

I bought these in a Dusky Pink. I’ve had to have them professionally altered. The 54ins drop too short and 72 ins too long! Weird sized windows? Because of being tightly packed and the material they were creased and had indentations of rings in material. Hung them and used steam from iron to bring creases out.

The curtains are of great quality all round and when closed they blackout the room very well. The linen colour is difficult to describe (see my pictures) and not as brown as shown in catalogue image but they still look great. After a few days I ran the steamer from the white side and they looked much nicer.

These are so nice, I recently purchased a corner suite, that I don’t have but these curtain looked extremely similar. They arrived but unfortunately they are Duck Egg (Green) not Duck Egg Blue that looks like in the photo. So disappointed but if your looking for Duck Egg Green these are fab.

I bought this recently very happy with my purchase goes really nice with my new DFS blue velvet corner sofa!!! good quality well worth the money even not being on sale ! They are thick no daylight goes true it heavy drops very well / nicely the color just exactly as in the picture .

I recently bought these curtains as I decorated my spare room and wanted blackout curtains. They were a bit creased but these have dropped out since I hung them. Would have liked some tie backs but they hang well without them. The quality is very good and I am very happy.

I bought these curtains in silver for my newly decorated bedroom and they are lovely. I shopped around until i found something that i was happy with. Great quality material, nice soft velvet and most importantly (for me) they do blackout light! Very happy with my purchase :)

Bought these to complete my lockdown makeover of my son's bedroom. They are a great quality. I bought the linen to go with ice green walls. They are perfect. Hang beautifully and look great. Wouldn't hesitate in buying again in a different colour.

I bought these for the bedroom, we had decided to go blue this time, and these curtains were perfect. When we hung them we were really pleased with the quality of the material, and the colour. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely love these curtains! They keep the light out without affecting the room temperature! They are a beautiful grey colour (ones I chose) and have a lovely soft feel to them! A Def just have for any room!

Bought these curtains for my bedroom as my 4 month old naps in that room still. It doesn't block all light as light can still come in the top but that would happen regardless. Very nice quality for the price

The quality is good they appear thick and luxurious and look the part. Because of the material and the way they are packed you will see creases at first in the curtains which should drop out after a while
