I use this spray for my own coloured hair but also for my daughters curly hair. I have always had difficulty finding an effective product for my 6 year olds hair, as like my most curly haired children it gets very tatty and can wind up being damaged by brushing. A lot of products simply don't work. However she, and I, have found that by using this, brushing her hair after her bath has been less of a traumatic experience!! For myself, I have found this prevents split ends for longer, and keeps my hair softer. I just make sure not to spray it on my roots or it can go greasy quickly. I simply spray it on my hair straight after a shower, then let it soak in a for a while until my hair is towel dry then I add more product like volumiser then dry it.

I've spent lots of money on different styling products cheap and expensive over the years. I just wish I'd found this one sooner. My hair can be drier at the ends and I've tried to find something that's not sticky but helps with styling. This is the perfect product for me, it evens out the surface of my hair so no dry ends and no greasy roots, it's easier to style and feels really soft. I'm throwing all my other stuff away, this is the only thing I'll need now.

I love this product. It works well with my fine hair - I use it every day after the shower. I've tried other hair products, but they don't make my hair as bouncy, shiny and smooth as label M Protein Spray. I notice the difference if I don't use it - my hair doesn't look so well groomed. I also use the spray to perk up my hair if it has got damp during the day - I just spray and use the hairdrier before an evening out.

After a bad bleach I used a colour restore once applying rinised toweled dried use the spray I'd recommend to lather the hair in sections as I did I then toweled dried and blown dry after hair felt amazing and soft it had life again smells fine I used on dry hair next day no lugs or tangle at fingers

Great product! Made my hair soo soft on holiday. Was advised by my hairdresser to apply several times a day and comb through whenever I applied sun cream to the rest of me and it worked wonders protecting my hair from the UV and chemicals from the pool. Great as a heat protectant spray now I'm home.

I have fine, highlighted hair that is slightly frizzy and I use the protein spray to protect it from heated appliances and to reduce the frizziness. It seems to do the job pretty well and leaves my hair smooth and shiny.

I've been using this for about 8 weeks now and I'm definitely noticing a difference in the strength and shinyness of my hair. My boyfriend is also using it to help his hair grow quicker and is also happy with it.

detangles, moisturises, protects and improves the condition of your hair. makes it shiney and feel nice. doesn't weigh your hair down or make it greasy. lasts ages too. awesome product.. i love it.

Ever since using this spray my hair has felt so much fuller and thicker and everyone has been commenting on how healthy it looks and how quick it is growing! Even my hairdresser :)

Great product. Really helps even out porosity and helps build moisture levels without weighing down or coating hair. Worked really on my fine but dry hair. Won't be without it now

I love it, after I wash my hair and conditioning my hair I spray my hair with this product and I feel the difference when I dry my hair. It looks shinner and feels softer.

I have been using it for only a week so can't really tell if it's helping or not but it has a nice smell and doesn't make your hair heavy, it feels very light and nice.

Great. Use this regardless of whether I am blow drying my hair. Makes it feel great. Also, I have dark brown hair, and this seems to make it look darker, which I like.
