This cream WORKS!!. I have mixed race hair and have tried numerous products.I brought a Mizani product 3 weeks ago via Amazon for just under £14.00, due to the slightly high price of Moroccanoil. I was so disappointed and noticed from the ingredients there was a high level of paraffinium liquidium and petroleum (both essentially the same thing), a cheap ingredient and an absolute NO for mixed hair. I used it 3 times then binned it.I used the moroccanoil oil directly after washing my hair and diffused. Perfect. Curls are nicely defined with no horrible frizz! I read on the Moroccanoil website that this products is activated by heat and gives curl memory.

I have thin dry hair and I thought I had type 2a hair with damaged hair from excessive heat use since I was 12. I've stopped straightening my hair since lockdown and trying to embrace the natural waves which turned out to be a lot curlier than I imagined. I believe I actually have 2c hair since I've involved this defining cream.Would recommend this for my fine and dry hair ladies. After your shower, just flip your hair over, put the product in with prayer hands and scrunch your hair. Apply more onto areas that are limp, and twist braid. Leave it to dry and apply mousse to keep the curls in place.Avoid brushing and if you must, do it when it's wet before you scrunch and twist. Good luck!

This is an excellent product that ideally suits my fine curly hair. Many curl creams are too heavy or soft for my hair type, this one is ideal. I discovered in the states last year and it will not be available in this country until the summer. It is so good I felt it was worthwhile tracking down a supplier before it becomes available here. The company got my order wrong the first time and sent me the wrong product but they were quick to rectify this and sent me the correct items very quickly and also allowed me to keep the incorrect items. Overall excellent service despite the initial mistake and an excellent product that I would highly recommend.

Was recommended the oil by a friend which I also bought and love. I find this stuff is great and really does define my curls. I usually wash my hair, comb it out, put the oil on and another frizz product from Aussie and then wrap it up in a t-shirt for 15-20 minutes. Then I take it out and put the curl defining cream on before I use the diffuser. I do have to be careful about placement or it does go a bit crunchy but that's more my fault than the product. I've also used it the next day with a sea salt spray to give my curls a lift and revive them a bit and it works really well. I do wish it was a bit cheaper but you can't have everything!

I have long fine wavy hair that is prone to frizz and flyaways. I only need to use 2 small pumps of this on damp hair, brush through and leave to dry naturally. My hair is left frizz free but with no greasiness or heaviness so it doesn't weigh down my fine hair. My hair condition has improved since using this, I have less split ends and frizz and I love the way it disappears into my hair without leaving it feeling crispy, its completely invisible and yet leaves a subtle natural shine, a unique product I would recommend to anyone with frizz prone coarse or fine hair.

My daughter and I have very thick, curly frizzy hair and we are always looking for a solution to tame the frizz. I have tried endless combinations of products. I don't like the Morocccan Oil oil, if that makes sense. The oil itself doesn't do anything for my hair. However, if you mix this Moroccan oil defining cream with John Frieda Frizz ease serum (the purple bottle that you get at Boots) in your hand, and put it on your hair when it is still damp, IT WORKS! Please try it. It is expensive but it really does control the frizz.

I have used Redken fresh curls for years & recently it has been discontinued so I needed a new product. After reading all the reviews I opted for this along with Moroccanoil intense curl cream. A little expensive but you don't need much. I have shoulder length dry frizzy curly hair & these two products combined for me works an absolute treat, just warm the cream in your hands before applying seems to help spead more evenly will definatley be buying more & smells great too. Excellent service thank you

This curling cream really works! With my 3c/4a hair there was some shrinkage, but my curls are so much more defined now. After washing and conditioning my hair, the curls are still there still looking great. (I don't comb my hair every day, never use blow dryers, just wash n go).Having used the Moroccan hair oil for years and in love how it makes my hair smell,I expected this to smell similar. I didn't ?But the smell is not strong or bad, Def worth buying and I'll def be buying it again.

My hairdresser uses this on my hair but advised me that it was a bit expensive. Having found it on Amazon a bit cheaper I thought I’d buy it. Works as well as at the hairdressers! Even my husband commented on the lovely smell of the product. Gives my hair curls without making it stiff or greasy and lasts for a couple of days. I don’t have particularly curly hair so much prefer it to mousse. Definitely worth spending that extra bit of money.

It's the first cream I use on my hair. I am usually happy with the result of the hair mousse, on my thick, wavy hair. But I decided to give this product a try and it didn't disappoint. My hair is full of volume for 2 or 3 days, until I wash it again, the curls look really cute, natural. It is not sticky as I was expecting it and I love the scent! I will buy the bigger version next time to get more value for money.

this product is amazing. i have 3a curls, curly but also frizzy, nothing has ever worked like this product. curls are defined, bouncy and not weighed down. the smell is strong and stays that way all day, like a perfume, but i really like the smell so works for me. It's pricey but you dont need to use much at one time, and for me its worth it because it actually works for my hair. Very happy with this product.

This is a brilliant product. Hairdresser recommended it for my naturally curly hair and I've been using it constantly for three years now. It encourages Soft natural looking and feeling curls that last and are easily pepped up with a dry application too. Use with hairdryer or dry naturally. I also slap it in when going to beach to protect my hair. Smells gorgeous too.

i use the curl defining cream with a little morocanoil on very damp hair. my hair is left to dry naturally and i always get great soft curls. I only use 2-3 small pumps and i have quite long permed hair. smells lovely too. Mr hairdresser first used it on my hair when i got the perm. i wll definately us this even when my perm has grown out.

The product is great, my hair is frizzy and generally unmanagabale. On damp hair the result is great, no frizz and hair is not sticky. I have used a diffuser or let the hair dry naturally, both are good. On dry hair the product does not tame the frizzy hair so well. The smell of the proctuct is fantasic. A great buy

I love this curl control cream i have natural curls and my hair is really frizzy this cream is really good for defining natural curls. I washed my hair towel dried it then applied this on damp hair it left my hair feeling soft with beautiful curls. I would recommend for people with curly or wavy hair
