This is my third DG machine, with a Tassimo in between, which was a lot more temperamental. My first two DG machines made the best coffee I'd ever tasted (and overall I'm not a great coffee-lover!) so I had no hesitation in returning to my first love - a cute-looking, easily personalised little creature which demands being given a personal name and treated as a member of the family. However, maybe it's just a change in my taste buds, but I have found that the flavour of the pods doesn't seem to be quite as gorgeous as previously. Have tried both the original DG pods and some of the compatible brands (some more successful than others, but tend to be good value for money and with previous models only original pods available)

Instructions are pictures which take a little deciphering. The machine is easy to use and keep clean. Only minus point is its hard to take the used pods out of the holder (and they leak once punctured) the trick is flip it into the "upside down" position and get to the kitchen bin before opening the locking lid. Massive good point is the amount of milk and coffee is controllable via a scroll wheel. The machine will take normal cups, cappuccino cups and latte glasses. This is good machine and I understand Aldi make D&G compatible pods to lessen the cost

I looked at a few over 3 days as I wanted to get the right one. I read the reviews on this one and they were mostly positive so I brought the red one. I am so glad that I did I love it I have tried different coffees espresso intenso being my favourite and the hot chocolate and mocha are really yummy. I was surprised on how hot the drinks are and I don’t know what all the fuss is about not liking the red lead, I think it’s pretty cool better than having white all the time. All in all I think it’s a great machine and I highly recommend it.

Truly great little machine does everything as described,so simple to use,perfect size for kitchen worktop,looks great,one of the quieter machines and so quick producing drinks,just working my way through all the various pods,there are a few good vid demo's on youtube,which is useful as the instruction booklet does not contain any English.Overall 10 out of ten.I would recommend.....p.s.....my neighbours were round quick as a flash sipping coffee !!

Love my Gusto had to get this one as my other one broke and absolutely love it. We have our morning coffee and evening hot chocolate. Very easy to use you can choose the strength of your coffee and the best thing is it’s automatic you don’t have to stop the coffee coming out. Just choose your strength press go and it will turn it off when it fills your cup. Also the machine automatically turns itself off after you have finished

Bought this after having a coffee made by one at a mates house.Quite a compact device, but distinctive in its red finish, which fits in well with my kitchen colour scheme.Doesn't come with any capsules, but these are easily sourced from your local Supermarket.Unit takes the Nescafe DG original pods, plus Asda, Costa and Starbucks items as well.Its easy to use, easy to clean and very well priced.Recommended.

Good piece of kit, doesn't take very long to learn what size cup you need for the type of pod you are using, the roller to select the time duration for the individual pods is well slick, water tank does 3/4 cups depending on type of pod you are using. Would recommend to anyone.

We previously had a manual Dolce Gusto machine which required "guessing" when to stop the flow of water. With this one you just need to spin the little dial. It's so easy that most mornings my 3 year old makes the coffee. Tank holds enough water for three large drinks.

This Brilliant machine is so stylish and easy to use with its pull out capsule holder There is a massive variety of coffee capsules available and the Lumio comes in a choice of colours.

I know I brought it second hand, runs well. I would have thought that the machine would have been cleaned before sending on to me.

Capsules do hold a lot of water after use, but makes great coffee!Really hard removing/adjusting base plate to clean etc?

Looks good and is easy to use. Much better than my old Dolce Gusto machine.
