Since these are my first poles, it took me a while to figure out how to assemble them, because these ones are made differently (note there's one clamp and not 3 as you have on most)... Pole length is 100-145cm. I hiked ~50km with these, and my impressions are the following: 1. If you stick them not quite perpendicular into the ground (70 degrees), they tend to flex, which isn't reassuring. 2. Very positive feedback if you stick them into moist soil, but if you stick these into dry soil (and especially rock) you really feel the vibrations in your wrists... 3. Poles arrived scratched, aluminum was scratched, carbon fiber was scratched... Presumably the warehouse workers had a bit of fun with them...
