Without writing reams, for my usage (messaging, web, camera, viewing images & videos, shopping apps, various other apps but not games), this is a superb phone, it does everything well. The crown jewel is the camera and although I haven't taken masses of pics yet, they are high quality. The battery life is superb. My previous Moto G6 needed charging by bedtime, this phone is typically running 50% charged by bedtime.WHILE THIS MAY NOT BE VERY IMPORTANT TO OTHERS, MY ONE CURRENT AREA OF MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT IS THE FACT THAT WHILE IT SUPPORTS HANDSFREE PHONE CALLS WELL WHEN BLUETOOTH CONNECTED TO MY 6 MONTH OLD BMW ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO SUPPORT HANDSFREE TEXT MESSAGING.

This flip cover fits the P30 Pro nicely and adds only a bit of bulk. A bit more than half of the top cover is clear, so the always on display information can be seen, and the phone is smart enough to move the always on display information to the right to show nicely through this clear part of the cover. And that is where the flaw comes in: even with the always display turned on, the display turns off after a few seconds of having closed the cover. It does show the always on information for a few seconds, but then it turns off. I would have expected the phone to keep the display on, while showing the information off center so it can be seen through the clear part of the cover.

It fits really well and offers really good protection to those infamous lenses. It's quite smooth so its easy to put in and take out of your pockets, but still grippy enough its not going to slip out your hands. The side window is a nice touch.My issue though is the front flap has not means of staying closed, its just that, a flap that flops flat against the phone. For now it does close with a very slight force, but in time the hinge will lose it's rigidness/strength. This mean the flap will fall open very easily and this will be a problem if you drop the phone. The flap will bound to open up as your phone falls and will offer no protection to the front of your phone.But it's still a great case for a great price.

Neat cover, fairly slim so not as bulky as I thought it works be. The fit on the phone is pretty good, but personally I think it could've have been slightly tighter. The lid is sturdy and obviously switches screen on /off, however, whilst I can see the time through the screen (by using power button) , I cannot see message alerts, missed calls etc - have to open the cover to check, somewhat annoying... The link material between the back and front cover seems durable, but I suspect the wear and tear from opening closing is going to show sooner rather than later... For the price I paid (£13) I think its a good buy.

I originally had a clear case and screen protector but trying fit keep a screen protector stuck to a curved screen phone is a challenge in itself. The phone costs nearly £1000 so wanted to keep it fully protected.The case is very good fit to the phone, what you would expect from Huawei. The cover works very well with the time and date being seen through the clear part. The cover doesn't click shut but does hold down fine. Well worth the £15 I paid for it. The only downside is that Huawei brought out some amazing colours but then they bring out a case which covers it up.

Great price for a genuine case. Covers most of the phone, just the side with the buttons on is only covered at the top and bottom corners. Screen half of the cover is shiny and has picked up a few scratches after only a few weeks use. I guess that's what it's supposed to do it's saved the screen but it won't look like it did when it was new after only months of use. Can answer and reject calls via the screen half of the cover and can still hear calls great with cover closed.

I bought this cover for my new Huawei P30 pro. Quite impressed with it. Nice sleek phone cover that doesn't add bulk to my phone. However it doesn't come with a screen protector, so this would have to be purchased separately. In my opinion, this cover would be perfect if there was a magnetic device to keep it closed over as it regularly flaps opens while in my handbag. Otherwise, I'm happy with it.

I really like this Smart Case: it keeps my device secure while avoiding screen scratches too. It does not add much bulk to the device, so there is no issues getting my Huawei P30 Pro out of my pockets.Perfect cutouts, and it also does away with the camera bump, avoiding scratches on the lenses.We also unboxed this and provided some first impressions on the Tech Travel Geeks YouTube channel.

It's not been possible for me to use the fingerprint reader with the front cover on. I have been able to answer/decline calls. Overall its sturdy, looks professional and protects the phone brilliantly. For me the fingerprint reader isn't an issue, if it is for you then don't get it. But I personally highly recommend this cover. Its worth the money.

Not enaugh protection for my new Huawei p30 Pro. Plus the smart screen cover scratches very easily, so keep keys or something sharp in a different pocket :D the case could be made out of rubber, but for that price I'm quite happy with the case, so if you want to protect your phone from drops buy a different case.

This is a really sturdy and attractive case for my phone. I love that it's partially transparent so I can see the time without having to fiddle around. I would certainly recommend this. Only negative is that the mirror shine does show up finger prints.

Really nifty case however I wish the always on screen wouldn't turn off after a certain amount of time, seems to defeat the object of always on. Also I would like to be able to customise the always on display but I hear that's coming in a future update

Good case, fantastic fit on the Huawei p30 Pro, doesn't make the phone feel any bulkier, keeps it nice and slim and has good grip. Can't comment on durability at the moment as only had it a few weeks but so far so good.

This is a really good quality case! Let's you see the time through the plastic section and certainly helps protect the phone. Do be careful what's in the same pocket as the phone though as the plastic can be scratced.

This is the only cover I've found to do the job. Sturdy, fits, stylish. The half clear front is really great for a quick check of the phone without opening and even let's you hit snooze/turn off the alarm.
