I bought this HP printer in March and also bought a spare black and coloured cartridge at a cost of £35 for both but then registered with HP's scheme where they supply replacement cartridges when ever your machine needsthem . This scheme proved very expensive so HP just told me to return the cartridges immediately and cut off my printer remotely and left me without a printer so I looked on E Bay and found this retailer and am highly satisfied with them. I would recommend that if you do buy an HP printer (I would not buy another because they constantly cut into my computer selling their inks etc and also because of the way they treated me about the ink.

Instant perfect printing, you get what you pay for these days! and this is a perfect item even tho its a little higher priced ...hey ho, who needs hassle and snags pay the extra pennies and get perfection

This is a genuine part ( I believe ) therefor it does everything that you would expect and it's £1 cheaper than Tesco and delivered to you door, what's to complain about?
