The case being a genuine GoPro replacement fits perfectly, the matt finish is rather cool looking and makes the camera look like it means business - certainly sort of eye catching (but inconspicuous at the same time?).One thing to note is that the front LED's are covered but are still slightly visible at the edge of the LCD screen (several blackout patch provided) but the rear red LED is also covered completely so it can be difficult to tell if the camera is recording or not - but given that the case is designed for private filming this is probably a concious design feature.The external buttons are now plastic rather than the stainless steel of the clear case which detracts slightly from the

Had to buy a new housing for my GoPro as the latch on my old one snapped and no longer held the case closed properly. I expect the same will eventually happen to this case, but for now I am happy - I trust this product to keep my camera dry and safe, and the dark colour provides a sense of sophistication that the clear housing doesn't give.Note that when using this case you cannot see the LED indicators on the GoPro, so bare that in mind before purchasing if this is something you rely on.All in all, happy with the product but disappointed with the high price and that GoPro don't sell latch / clips separately.

Arrived two days early and came exactly as advertised, with three different back doors. Excellent Official GoPro product. Many thanks to Amazon consumers who's answers to my questions helped me pick this top product! A tad expensive for what it is BUT it is official and paying for the name hopefully means paying for quality

I love this housing.. Seems to steam up less than the other clear housings (in my experience) Comes with black out stickers to so if you were doing a night time lapse you wouldn't have the flashing lights effect the image..Just a shame go pro housings are so expensive as they are the most common part I break...

After needing a replacement case for my GoPro I decided to go for the Blackout version. It's identical to the original but without being transparent so looks better but be aware you can't see the LED lights.

Brilliant case, well built and very protective. You get black stickers to cover the flashing lights if you want the camera to be camouflaged up. Really pleased with the product and quick postage

I got this to be less conspicuous when filming. Using in conjunction with Andoer® 1/4" Screw Handle Holder Grip. Set up looks very smart, & I control it using a wireless remote.

Gives your Gopro a discrete mean look, very unobtrusive. Its a Gopro product and is everything that you would expect it to be. Very Happy.

Have not seen a pukka GoPro all black case, so I really like this one; useful also if you want your camera to be less conspicuous; nice.
