Having already purchased a size 5 trainer and seen the improvements when used in training, I purchased a size 4 to enable to coach the younger age groups. A well made prduct which does what it says on the tin. The product would have got a 5 star rating baring the purchase price, could have done with more balls to make training easier. :+)

This ball is great for passing and over time i can see how it will help. Can't wait to use it throughout the summer in pre-season however i have found that its a little bit of a funny shape after pumping i up. not by much so still worth buying!

Difficult for the boys to adapt initially but has developed their passing skills over the last couple of months
