If I have to be honest, this Funko pop was packaged and delivered properly. The way they packaged the Funko Box and the figure itself is absolutely fantastic, no wonder why it ended up being in good shape when I received it. Although one thing that bothers me from the Figure is her head. There is something inside of her head that makes noises when shaken. Overall it's very good.

Good figure, but the transparent plastic of the packaging was all scratched up. It's not a problem if you plan to take the figure out to display, but kind of annoying if you wanted to display it in the box.

Great addition to the Elder Scrolls Funko collection. As someone who plays as a High Elf on ESO, this is a great product. Just wish she was holding a staff or something more suited to her skill line.

Great product and was shipped the next day (I ordered at 11pm). I ordered all 3 of the ESO characters and they go nicely with my Skyrim characters. I only wish Funko made one for each race.
