Dec 2017 edit: These only last about 2 years of heavy every-day use, before they begin to tear and leak. But for the price, I think it's worth it. Have ordered my third one, having already gone through two.-----Compared to having my wrist on a hard wooden table, this is a great relief on the wrists and is more convenient than using a full mouse pad. It is compact and works well on a surface with tight space. It also has a sticky base, so it does not move around during use.The surface material sort of feels fragile, like it could tear later on. Out of fidgetyness and ADD however, I have been pressing it and working it with no defect so far.Doubles as a nice stress reliever :PI have knocked a star off for the packaging however; plastic vacuum pack with cardboard backing. No perforations on the backing means one has to use a sharp implement to poke into the cardboard even after tearing off the backing. Not a good idea when it is a gel pack.

I've started getting pain in my hand due to the large amount of time I spend on a PC. It's been localised pain where the side of my wrist rests on the table and has been getting progressively worse and I decided that it was time to do something about it.After a bit of searching around I came across this product. Most of the other ones available are longer pads designed for keyboard use, however I only wanted something small to use specifically with a mouse to alleviate the pain. This made a noticeable difference in use immediately. It's a gel filled pad that's not too soft, giving a good amount of firm support when in use.The base has a non-slip finish which means that it doesn't slide around either.I've been so impressed with this that within a couple of days I ordered another two to go on my other computers so I don't need to keep moving it around between them. Highly recommended.

I have managed for a long time on my comp without wrist support. The other day my wrist was aching and I noticed when you hold a mouse even though it is ergometric your wrist is at an unnatural position. So I thought I would get wrist support. In my mind, I wanted something small and something that supports the wrist. I have had gel pads before for the comp and quite liked those, although they were very long. This one I initially thought was expensive but then compared to others, it seemed quite reasonable. It's only small12 mm at its widest. It does the job it supports the wrist really nicely. The gel I find quite soothing. .The wrist pad does not slide around. My aching wrist is no more. also, the gel pad conforms to your wrist. Now I cant imagine been without it, been small easy to pack if needed.

Here's the positives and negatives:Positive:* It's very firm, but still soft enough to provide support* It doesn't slide around, it grips the table* It isn't too small, so it can be used at different angles* It's easy to cleanNegatives:* It has a hard bottom with angled edges that can cause pain* It doesn't have much of a dip for the wrist to rest into* It can prevent new injuries, but only makes existing injuries worseOverall:I have used it for a year and it was fine, but since i got wrist pain elsewhere, this thing has made it worse. The problem is when your hand sinks into the gel, you feel the sharp angled edge of the bottom.I have no choice but to look for something else.

When using my mouse for long periods of time I found that my wrists were beginning to ache. I recently bought a new ergonomic mouse and thought I may as well also buy a wrist rest. The gel is very soft and adapts to your wrist very nicely, without being too stiff or too soft. The rest gives a nice rise to the hand to make it easier to use your mouse for long periods of time, and no more wrist ache. However, when I decided to look for one of these I didn't expect to have to pay more than £5, but it is good quality. Therefore overall, I would definitely recommend this product, as it is not too bulky and doesn't get in the way too much.

I suffer from pain and tingling in my hands and arms due to an injury I had a few years ago which increases when typing, so I bought 2 of these for using with my laptop. They are good quality and comfortable, I like the colour (they are a bit more purple than the pinky purple they are in the picture) and they have definitely reduced the amount of pain I get from using the computer. I was a student so used computers a lot for uni work and now I use a regular computer a lot at work too so they are useful for that as well. Because they are for 1 wrist at a time, it means I can move one of them to the mouse when I use one too.

I am very happy with this product. It arrived the next day (I had selected standard delivery) and has done wonders for my wrist. I work with a computer and have been doing a lot overtime lately, spending up to 12 hours on the computer. It caused a lot of pain on my wrist but since I started using this mouse pad around 3 weeks ago I've felt no pain. Also I noticed some people said the bottom was slippery to the mouse pad will move when they move their arm. I haven't experienced this at all, perhaps it depends on the surface of the desk you work on - the ones in our office are wooden and it seems to work fine.

After developing a pain in my left wrist, due to only resting it on my glass desk, I needed something to ease the pain. I would've bought a keyboard gel pad, but even the smallest I found was too big for my use. I bought this wrist rest, and in conjunction with my mouse pad, that also has a gel wrist rest on it, I haven't needed to rest my wrists on my desk again when using my keyboard. With this rest, the pain in my wrist did not hurt so much, and it did eventually subside. The rest is still comfortable, and has not lost much colour since I purchased it 12 months ago. Overall, I do recommend this product.

This is a simple wrist rest for using with a mouse. It is nicely designed with a pleasant translucent colour curvy shape and a soft tactile feel that gives a little so it fits the shape of your wrist. I use it on a woden desk and it has enough friction that it won't move even if you use the mouse vigorously. Because of this you will need to set your mouse acceleration on the high side so you can get from one side of the screen to the other using just your hand rotation.I give it 5 stars because it not only makes a noticeable difference to the comfort of using the mouse, but it also looks and feels nice

A truly superb product. In the past I've used a variety of wrist/keyboard rests for support, but I've only just started using 'Gel' base products as they appear to alleviate the pressure much more effectively than other types, such as foam. Whats more, the longevity of these gel wrests seems to be better as they simply don't wear down like cloth materials. For the price, you really can't argue with the benefits. I spend a lot of time on Logic Pro and Photoshop, and this product has completely reduced the fatigue in my wrist.

Very comfortable and practical - just the job and certainly helped reduce the usual keyboard/wrist problems. [I also came across a mouse that helped:- Wireless Mouse, [Updated Version] VicTsing 2.4G Wireless Optical USB Laptop PC Mouse Computer with 6 Buttons, 2400 DPI 5 Adjust Levels, Nano Receiver Extra Long Range for Mac Windows Macbook Linux - Ultra Energy Saving. It might be worth a look as it has an additional groove for placing the ring finger: helped me enormously and eased the pain almost to nil.]

I have used Fellowes mouse mats with a built-in Gel pad wrist support for years and love them. Last week I started to get an inflammation like 'tennis elbow' from continually resting my elbow on the hard arm of my office style operator's chair. This Flex Rest is proving to be an ideal solution. The underside is 'sticky' enough to stay put when placed on the chair arm and it supports and cushions my elbow perfectly ... ah bliss!Dave.

Bought to replace an older Fellowes gel rest that lasted for almost five years continuous use before the dog sunk her claws into it.This new rest has a shiny finish rather than the older version's matt texture so the feel is different but the support it gives for me using a trackball is just as good. A quick wipe over with a damp cloth helps the feel.On the plus side the shiny texture holds the wrist in place.

These gel rests are amazing, and i use both the long bar version and the wrist rest. The reason that they're so good is that1. Cool to the touch, they're soothing to use.2. spongyish, odd but very comfortable.3. Of course it's ergonomic, and stops a lot of strain and RSI4. It doesn't slip... not once in an entire month.5. Lovely colour.Overall, lovely to look at, pleasant to use, and very effective.

My wrist is full of arthritis such that using a mouse whilst my wrist is resting on a desk causes me severe pain.A friend recommended this gel wrist pad as not the cheapest but certainly the best wrist pad available. I do not know if it the best but I do know it performs exactly as expected and exactly as I need it to.When using this gel wrist pad I can use a mouse pain free.Full marks from me.
