Like the other reviewer I agree that the best thing about this is that it introduces you to navajo, and as far as I'm aware there are no other programs currently offering this.I suppose my biggest issue with it is that it utilises the same phrases that are used in the general 'utalk' range... Basically you learn phrases which would never be of any use if you ever visited any of the few places where navajo is still spoken!The interface is clunky and very 'windows 95' like and oddly the mp3s can only be downloaded to an ipod.If you have an Android phone I strongly recommend getting the download from the marketplace rather than purchasing this cd-rom,

This is the only Navajo language system I have found on CD-ROM and for that it is to be praised.It helps with the pronunciation of the words but is fairly limited. It will get you started with basic vocabulary and names.But it is let down by the use of White [and definitely not American Indian] actors to mouth the words [and mouthing them fairly badly on occasions].It is strangely off putting.You can load the programme in to iTunes [but only iTunes...]So it is good but...
