I work Mobile Response Security and I use an Led Lenser torch every night whilst cautiously investigating Intruder alarm activations, CCTV etc etc... So a torch is a MUST! Entering dark sites is no problem with these batteries, they are VERY strong and so far have lasted a week still at full brightness. Other batteries would only last me about 3 or 4 days before they start dying off. Using a torch at least 5/10 times per night for 10/20 minutes at a time takes it toll on other batteries, but not these. I'm actually surprised I've only just found out about them from a police officer. She said everybody at her station uses them because you can trust they'll work and work well.

These not only have a long shelf life, but also a really high capacity. I use them in remote controls and emergency LED torches. They last almost forever, never leak and you can trust that they work when you need them. Well worth the money.

When used in digital cameras, other batteries seem to get gobbled up so quickly. These are excellent -- and there's one extra on each pack -- handy if you need a set of three to raise the power. Recommended

They appear to be genuine - multimeter measures 1.8v which is correct for lithium batteries. There are fakes about.

I believe that for certain uses it is definitely worth paying extra for Lithium batteries
