It's a overpriced product and cheap Chinese flimsy material on 4 wheels. My case got dented like this after 1 trip. When I tried to contact Delsey customer support and test their 10 year warranty offer I got stonewalled by Joubert Severine and told me to take it up with the airline. Delsey's customer support is terrible as can be found out from online reviews and I witnessed it myself. 1/10 would not recommend.
