I received a sample of this product in exchange for this unbiased review.We have 5 grandchildren and a lake home and this summer was the first time for all 5 cousins to be together. I received several children's snorkel sets and this one has really held up to some pretty rough grand-kid treatment.The silicon fittings make a really good seal on little faces and the tempered glass screen stayed clear and in place with no issues. (A few other masks from other manufacturers had the screens pop out from the holding ring and on one the holding ring broke, so the lens can be replaced, but the cracked holding ring results in a slow leak - THIS mask has had none of those issues.The basic design of the

I have to confess that this is the only manufacturer of snorkeling equipment that I know about, but I nonetheless can rave about every piece of equipment that they make. My godson loves to snorkel and I've been able to get both him the basic snorkeling items. I've gotten the same for me as well, though not being as good a swimmer as him (though I snorkel a lot better than I swim; though I also believe that snorkeling without being a good swimmer is a recipe for disaster). What I like is that Cressi items also fit well and work well, while also looking quite stylish and sleek. This is a nice mask and snorkel. The mask itself is tempered glass and it has good coverage. It fits my ten year old well and the band is adjustable for different head sizes. I would estimate that ages 6-12 is approximately right for this (the description didn't give ages when I ordered it). My 14 year old son tried it on for kicks and it was a little too narrow across the face and squished his eyes a little.The snorkel has a piece on top of it that helps keep water from getting in. You don't realize how great this is until you have a snorkel that does not have this feature. It also has a valve that lets you blow any water out if it does get in. This is a great basic snorkel and mask at a great price. Overall our two older kids - ages 8 and 10 - enjoyed using this in the pool this summer. It was easy for them to put on, use and take off by themselves. They loved the introduction to the basic snorkel experience this allowed - like exploring all the things that fell to the bottom of grandma's pool (leaves, sticks, etc.). Our youngest (who is 6 and quite petite) found the mask and snorkel to be too large for her face and let in a bit of water, so we will most likely order a smaller model for her.If you have kids who are snorkel-curious, or just looking for a fun budget friendly addition to your beach or pool vacation this is a great choice!

My daughter is so excited not only is it summer vacation but the pool is open. I got her the Cressi ONDINA goggles and snorkel set to try and help her get more courage when swimming, not just under water but basic skill. She is 10 and these fit her face perfectly. The adjustment strap works even better with her thick hair, and whether she wants to wear it up or down.The Goggles adhere really well to her face keeping water out of her eyes and nose, The snorkel is the perfect size for her, and probably a young teen as well.Overall these are a great investment for the water lovers out there The only reason i didn't give this five stars is the actual packaging.

Bought this set for a cruise excursion. We went snorkeling with the turtles. My son ended up wearing this mask instead of wearing his bubble mask. The life vest that we were wearing hindered him in the bubble mask. They fit nicely and he was able to see the turtles very clearly. they are still intact, ha! I say that because the lens is glass and he’s a boy...a not so gentle boy. He also wears the goggles at the pool and we sometimes find them with the lens down. Thankfully they haven’t scratched or cracked.

I got a young one here at home and this Junior Ondina mask fits his face to a tee. He wanted to try snorkelling and scuba diving with his older sister and myself so I got him this. He says that it’s comfortable and that no water got inside while he was underwater. We own other Cressi masks and diving gear too so the quality was never an issue, it was never questionable. He tried regular swimming goggles at first but he prefers these wide view lenses. If he is happy with it then I’m happy.

These Cressi masks are really well made and comfortable to wear--our young swimmers are really loving their masks and the freedom to explore underwater with them. The snorkel has a smaller bite piece that would probably work for most kids 5+. Our younger ones had a little more trouble as it was still a little large for them. It's got a one way purge valve and a splash shield at the bottom of the snorkel. All around we are pleased with the mask and snorkel.

We bought this snorkel for my 4 year old to use on a trip to Hawaii - we practiced several times in a local pool and he was psyched to take it on the trip with us. And it didn't disappoint. It fit well, sealed well, and didn't fog up for a great snorkeling experience for him as we searched the ocean for all sorts of fun stuff. He is easily able to put it on and off by himself and we've had zero issues with it. We are very happy with this purchase!

This snorkel set is a high quality product Made in Italy. This one has only the basic feature set, for example you have to pull on the plastic tabs to loosen the strap; it doesn't have release buttons. I prefer the Cressi Pegaso set which has the same size and shape, except the Pegaso has the strap quick loosening buttons, a dry-top snorkel to prevent water from entering, and more fun colors. Seems to be great quality. Admittedly, my son has ben using it in the bath as opposed to the clear blue tropical waters of the Seychelles, but fits him well. When I was looking at masks I found it difficult to get a feel for how big they were, so for those that are in the same position, my son is coming up to three years old and it fits him pretty well, although he's pretty big for his age (1 metre tall).

I bought this mask for my 4 year old. We were recently on holiday and snorkelling every day. The mask fit great, the silicone rubber sealed well so I did not have to over tighten the mask. It definitely increased his enjoyment for during the trip. I have no problem recommending this mask for small children. I have not experienced any drawbacks with this mask and will purchase one for my daughter as well.

This is a great mask and snorkel for a kid to use, perfectly sized to seal to their face so they aren't struggling with the adult sized ones. The mask adjusts easily and stays snug on the face without any leaks or fogging inside the lenses. The snorkel works great - easy to bite and breath through. My kids had no trouble putting this on themselves, and the clear glass lens provides excellent visibility.

This is a really great mask and snorkel for the money. The 6 year old took to it like, well, fish takes to water. The seal around the face is solid, and the snorkel is a perfect size for a kid's mouth. The splash guard is a nice touch. The head strap is pretty easily adjusted. It's not having a problem with fogging up (yet), which is also a nice touch. Would highly recommend.

My son is 4 and still doesn't like to wash his hair. So I got this thinking it may help and it has. I took the strap off and just hold the mask on my son's face while I'm pouring water on his hair. He tolerates it now - still doesn't like it but it is much easier with this mask. We tried many other things but this is the only thing that worked.
