I’ve used these pedals for many years on all of my bikes, road, mtb and for Cyclo Cross racing. I love them. Easy to unclip and clip in as they are 4 sided, even when caked with mud etc when racing CX. No adjustment on tension just 2 alternatives as to which foot the cleat goes on to. ( read the instructions which come with them. ) The cleats last forever I’ve ised mine for literally thousands of miles without a problem. Great for novices with clip in pedals. Easy to maintain either by stripping and greasing or by using the maintenance kit although at this price they can be replaced without major cost. Highly recommended

There is a learning curve to get accustomed to the harder springs (compared to a Shimano). After the adjustment, this is forgotten and they fit easier than any other. In addition, the design is very stylish.

Good product with top price performance, successfully uses these pedals on the ergometer. On the MTB I used the Chrankbrothers 11 Gold, but they are in a completely different price range ...
