I've been traveling with the pedals for 4 weeks now. Getting used to the pedals went very quickly, since I train almost every day for hours. The crankbrother system is supposed to be self-cleaning. After switching from shimano, with whom I always had to deal with glued pedals and click-in inhibitions. In dry conditions, the crank was always problem-free, in the last race, which went through mega muddy passages where you had to get off the bike, I had a lot of problems clicking into the motter. I had never tested that in muddy conditions before and it was pretty annoying. Now I'm not sure if the next races in mud and rain will cause me to lose time because I can't pedal.

Light, good quality and great price. Long-term durability is perhaps questionable if you use off road, but for my road going adventures I don’t foresee a problem. The only weakness is perhaps the plastic screw-in bearing cover - but easily upgradeable to alloy on a pedal refurbishment (see Crank Bros servicing kit). The light weight and quality for the price trumps the more expensive but more durable alloy versions.

Arrived fast and exactly as described. I got a warehouse product and the only sign I could find that they were owned before me was a small tear in the packaging! Threw these on and went for a 35 mile ride to test em out and they work flawlessly. This is my first foray into clipless pedals and I know there are higher end options but these performed perfectly for my needs!

I've already been using the Intermediate for Class 3 for a year, but I bought it to attach it to my practice bag. I was worried about durability because it was a beginner's class 1, but there were no problems at all, and it was tough and good shopping even with hard use. Also, it was a surprisingly fast time from ordering to delivery within a week.

As a 20+ years SPD user I had become fed up of foot pain on longer rides and was recommended to try Crankbrothers by a friend. I can confirm they are easy to clip in, more supportive and look to be much easier to maintain. Add to that the usual excellent Amazon service and price and I can only highly recommend them.

I love these pedals. The pedals themselves are durable and keep your feet secure. If you fall its no big deal as most of the time your feet naturally turn or you can easly unclip if your feet are still attached . the threads are durable from what i seen. you can take them on and off if you have multiple bikes.

Nice accent on my green bike- makes it easy to recognize in a crowd. installed perfectly with no issues. I should have read the description better, I thought they would be made of metal for the pedal piece, but they are holding up just fine.

I've been driving Crankbrother for a long time and bought the pedals for my Gravel Comuter and I'm very satisfied. The click mechanism is very simple and reliable. The additional platform provides additional support for the shoe.

Bought for my gravel bike. This pedal is ideal for anyone who plans to ride the bike without cycling specific shoes all the time. I can easily ride it around the neighborhood in regular shoes or Sandler’s comfortably.

My father loves traveling. I used to use a racing-oriented motorcycle and binding, but I loved the Crank Brothers since I started cycling. For long-term cyclists, Candy 7 is useful for daily practice and day trips.

Low end price point for Crank Brothers pedals. I use them on my road bikes with Sidi off road shoes. Good for riders like me with foot pain from the cleat bolts!!

I've been using the egg beater style pedals for many years. They are very simple in design and provides very reliable service. I have been thru several sets.

I quite like the extra support of the pedal body, and for riding in town I prefer the plastic body of the Candy 1 over the the aluminium of the Candy 2.

Good introduction to MTB pedals, just wish the platform was more supportive, I always felt like my feet were going to fall off the sides of the pedals.

They are nice pedals, but I'm missing the left cleat! I hope they'll be able to help me with this or I'll need to return them.
