My wife and I own the 3000 and the 2000 versions of these Excell carbon PHS bats. I use the 3000 and my wife uses the 2000 but by swapping bats it is possible to do a double comparison - the handling of each bat when delivering and also the response that it makes when receiving from the same opponent.Both bats are equally well made and are light and responsive in use. The 3000 has a softer feel to the rubbers and this enables the player with more knowledge of spin to use it to good effect. The downside of course, is that it also responds to the opponent's spin so the player who uses this bat must be able to control spin both in giving and receiving.The 2000 is less responsive to spin,

My son asked for this table tennis bat. He has used it a few times so far and is delighted with it.
