Never have I been camping before and we really did not want to spend a fortune on all of the equipment required for our first outing in case I absolutely hated it. We bought a 'tent pack' which was quite basic but had everything we needed to get started. But, as a hotel sort of person, I wanted some sort of comfort to take with me. A two ringed cooker with grill was bought, to ensure I got my usual cuppa, table and chairs to sit and eat at, and even a four sliced oven top toaster for ease at breakfast time. We checked out all the camping stores nearby and hit upon a place selling top notch tents. Most had carpets so I insisted on this added luxury.

just love having a carpet under my feet in the tent. It is strong and shrugs off the footprints at the door, thought I do recommend a small doormat inside the door if camping in very muddy or wet weather, if you cannot get your boots off every time! It is lovely and warm under your body and makes the tent much more snug, and it does not move around like a travel rug would. Lightweight so packs into a corner in the car, and packs away easily into carry bag. Have to say the carpet was a better buy than the tent which we managed to break on second outing!! We are seeking a replacement tent for this summer but have kept the carpet!

I got this for my Coleman Instant Tourer 4 tent. It fits perfectly, is soft and warm and looks really nice. I've also got an outwell tent with a carpet and whilst that has a firmer (fully rubberised) base to it, this is much lighter (it has a very lightweight backing), which feels more suitible for a quick/lightweight camping trip.It gives the tent a really luxurious feel and makes it look much more welcoming inside. It also (when used in combination with a bath mat by the door) helps to soak up any water that you walk in. Can also be easily cleaned (with a brush lightly dabbed with some soapy water). Well worth the money.

The carpet is a must when you have these tents, just remember to take your shoes off when you walk in your tent ;-)I personally think the carpet should be darker just incase of these footprint/ spillage accidents, its very pale, but it does wash so that solves that problem.I am not sure if other people found this but mine doesnt reach the edges of the tent, its slightly short at each side. ( mines a coleman riverside tent ). but thats fine, just a minor point.Makes the floor comfy which is a must just incase there is a little bump or stone that you didnjt notice when you set your tent up.

I wasn't sure I was doing the right thing when I bought this. I thought that it may have been a bit of an unnecessary extravagance. However, once I got it out of the box and laid it out in my Coleman Coastline 6 Deluxe, and used it for a week of camping, I had absolutely no regrets. It fits perfectly in the living area of my tent and as well as adding a bit of luxury it made the tent more comfortable and homely. Sounds sad, but it really does make a difference as far as I am concerned. It is a good quality product (as I would expect from Coleman) and I wouldn't be without it now.

Good quality tent carpet, Coleman are a trusted camping equipment manufacturer.If you're wondering whether to buy a tent carpet, do it! It warms the tent up, it makes the floor warm and soft to walk on, it's a bit of creature comfort.We were recommended this carpet to fit our pop-up Quechua Base 4.2 tent which has a living area of precisely 230 x 230cm. Perfect fit, perfect colour match.At £25 or thereabouts on the price it's very good value. Recommended.

Excellent piece of equipment which I wont go camping without now. It is however, a posh large picnic blanket. I would recommend to buy, but it would be an indulgent buy as it is not essential. As we have a sewen in groundsheet, I like to think the carpet protects it. It fold up reasonably well, it all depends on how much room you have, if you can afford the space.

Although this carpet was specifically designed for a particular tent, we have used it on top of a ground sheet in our awning and are very pleased. It is light, easy to pack, very comfortable to walk on, keeping feet warm in cool weather, and will probably protect bare feet in very hot weather when ground sheets can become uncomfortably hot.

Certainly made the tent floor more comfortable than just a groundsheet but somehow masques that we got water between g/sheet and carpet. For InfoI have since realised that the water under carpet was condensation which had formed on exterior of electric coolbox which was standing on groundsheet.

This carpet has just arrived and althought it hasnt been used yet I am impressed buy the quality. On the photograph one colour appears white, but I am pleased to say that mine is different shades of green, which matches great with my tent. cant wait to use it.

I was looking for a carpet for my tent and although not quite the right size, as my tent is from another manufacturer,compared with others was good value for money and pleased with the quality and made sitting in the tent much more comfortable. Good buy.

Doesn't fit our Coastine 6 Deluxe exactly, but for the price it does the job! We did manage to catch the thread quite quickly, which pulled but it doesn't effect it. Really easy to clean, I hoovered it after giving it a good shake! Packs away easily!

Never thought of having a carpet in my tent,browsing on amazon saw them ordered one they are really really good ,cosy fleecy top with a waterproof backing it made the tent feel warm& cosy would not camp without one now. Love it

Bought this for use in an Oztent RV5 (which is 250 x 250 cm inside). So this is just a little short for this particular tent, but being to the usual Coleman high quality is the best value carpet around in my view.

A really good quality product, as you'd expect from Coleman, at a good price. I've bought one of their tent carpets before and it has lasted for several years. This carpet is cosy and warm.
