I'm giving this 4 stars, although I had a problem that was caused by me. I have it mounted on my bar stem and if you press on the lower half of the computer for a few seconds all of your data is reset to zero. When I'm walking my bike I have a habit of holding it via the stem and I've lost my current ride data several times already. Not the computer's fault.Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with it. I was in a hurry to install it for a big event and I just went by the default settings for my 700x23 tires. It seems to be several miles low after 400 miles and so I'll do the rolling wheel method to get the correct number. My only gripe in the setup is they claim you can turn off a particular setting so it doesn't show up when you cycle through the computer.I have no need for the clock but I cannot figure out for the life of me how to hide it like the manual says you can. It is only one additional button press to cycle past it anyway.I had to add a few rubber spacers between the sensor and fork so the spoke magnet would be within 5mm and read correctly but I have special wheels. I imagine a regular spoke wheel would work without any modification.I haven't had the "pleasure" of seeing how waterproof it is in the rain but I'm sure I'll find that out soon enough. It looks like a solid unit. I love how I can just press anywhere on the lower half of the front of the computer to cycle through the various displays.

Fits my Bianchi Impulso OK, albeit close to the 60cm range limit (57cm), and, even though it didn't seem necessary, I used an additional rubber pad to decrease sensor/magnet separation. I was disappointed by the average speed function, but that's likely because this is my first computer with that function and I expected it to work differently. I expected average speed to be displayed in real time, and for it to be affected by stops for traffic lights, etc. Although it is displayed in real time, the timer is used to calculate it, and the timer stops soon after the bike stops, so the average speed is only measured while the bike is moving--a few minutes stopped at a light don't affect it at all.Disappointing, because I mostly commute, and stop lights are the major determinant of my total time. If I get caught by a light, I've no idea how much effort to expend to catch up to my virtual self that didn't get stopped, so I always wind up cycling at max effort, which is no way to incrementally improve. Instruction manual doesn't mention a way to override timer auto stop--I'll see what Cateye says.

This bike computer works great. The only negative thing I have to say is that the rubber band used to keep the sensor in the fork is thin and seems stretched too far. I'm afraid it will weather and snap causing me to loose the sensor. The computer has all the functions I need. The click tech feature makes it easy to operate in all situations.I didn't have any issues getting the sensor lined up on the fork. I have blade style spokes that are more normally rounded at the rim. I mounted the magnet at the rounded portion of the spoke and mounted the sensor higher up.I bought the BarFly mount for the computer and it works great and puts the computer in a better field of view for me.

I bought this for a second bike. I have the older and smaller RD300 Strada on another bike. It has provided me many years of mostly efficient use, except when the temperatures drop below 30 degrees and then fades out. This one is an improvement with a bigger slimmer screen and an improved sensor. Hopefully, it will do better below 30 degrees. Mine came with weak batteries, probably from long storage. It worked fine after I put in new batteries.Update: Unlike the older RD300 this one does not have automatic start. You must remember to turn it on. Not a big concern during the day but a problem on my night rides when the screen is not visible and I forget to turn it on.

This computer has been installed on my mountain bike for about a month now and have experienced no problems as yet. Both the computer and the sensor are very slim and unobtrusive and the wireless aspect is very good as I hate trailing extra cables around my bike. They both attach by rubber band and come with various sizes for different size bikes, and although this is meant for road bike use, I managed to fit the sensor on my front forks without any issues. The computer setup was very simple and the batteries in the computer and sensor are still working fine, would definitely recommend this product!

I liked the previous version. It was relatively easy to set up. This version the sensor is even easier to get working. It does require 12-17 mm spacing between fork and spoke which may be a problem on some bikes. My Sirrus hybrid has disc brakes so I had to use the other side of the fork to mount. The screen is noticeably bigger but not huge like the Padrone. This is a great model if you want a front-mounted sensor that is easy to install, no wires running up and down frame, and supports speed/trip/time/odometer.

Slim compact size. Tested and works fine without issue. I'm satisfied 100%. worth to buy. Highly recommended. Delivery took 2 weeks time from Netherlands to Singapore, quick delivery compared to other seller's estimated delivery is 1month+. Packaging comes in a box with bubbles plastic inside. confidently secured and no dent when I received. This is the cheapest price I have found than the other shopping websites. Thanks BikeInn. Deserve 5 star review.

I bought this for my wife so she can see how she is doing when out on one of her rides so she knows how far she had been and keep an eye on the time whilst she is out. It’s very user friendly for those that just want something that is no hassle to use and got more buttons and functions than a iPhone.Very easy to fit and set up.If I change mine I’d happily replace it with his unit.

I have not been able to use this product because the batteries were dead right out of the box.Update: I am upgrading my original 1 star review to a 4 star review because once I put new batteries in the computer, it worked as expected. It has all the basic functions and is easy to use. While small in size, it is easy to read the display.

I bought this as a replacement for my original Strada that died after 7 years. The Slim is an upgrade in every way: better mounting bracket, head unit is sleeker and larger, speed sensor is thinner and much easier to mount. I think the biggest improvement is the speed sensor that now hides completely on the inside of your fork.

If you're using a headlight, be careful about mounting to close. My Urban 350 caused this to lose signal from the sensor. There is a passing reference in the user manual, but it's not in the troubleshooting section. It's worked great every second- after I moved it about 6" from the headlight.

Very clear and easy to use and set up, a usefull adition for those wanting to know the distance covered in there trip, also gives current speed both require correct setting of the pulse magnet which the slightly crampt instruction sheet gives guidance on. Displays the Time also Recommended

I had the regular Strada model (with cadence and heart rate) before this one. I like the slimness and larger screen of this computer compared to the regular model. The computer and sensor are held on by rubber bands - not sure how the bands will hold up over time but no problems so far.

I like this computer but am disappointed, that unlike my other CatEye wireless, it does not have average speed and time for the distance 2. I used that for intervals. I specifically bought this computer thinking that it had that feature. Otherwise the computer works very well

This is an awesome little bike computer. It is super sleek, light and it was easy to install. One thing I was surprised by is how little it is. It's not a problem or anything, it's easy to read. Maybe just a take a couple of extra seconds to research the dimensions.
