I did a lot of research before purchasing this air bed. I already have a low double of another brand but wanted a high double for guests at Christmas that we could then use for camping. This bed was used for a week continuously and did not need re-inflating so what more could you ask? It was comfortable and agood size for two average sized adults. For large adults a queen size may be better but they are huge! We already have a battery pump which worked fine but remember this does not have one included.We inflated the bed the day before it was needed to see if it needed topping up or down once the air had stabilised to the room's average temperature.

bought this to use for camping, as i am pregnant and have mobility issues, i couldn't get up from a low-level air bed. this was sturdy enough to sit on the edge while getting dressed, an essential for me. I found this very comfortable for an air bed, i slept well during a camping trip, we have also tried it out in the house and it works well as a guest bed. we have an electric pump, which is pretty essential, so check you have one that will work with this. once inflated, you can use a standard double fitted sheet if you wish, and it makes a great camping bed or spare bed. you may need to top it up slightly every day or two, but this is not an issue if you have the appropriate pump.

Bought for a camping trip and music festival. Didn't realise it would be so big! Filled the tent! Otherwise, best nights sleep I have had under canvas, even wit the lack of room (I was nearly touching the roof!).Stated inflated well and held my weight really well, and I am a big bloke. Naturally did slowly deflate, but only so much that I had to top it up every 3 days or so, even then it was fairly inflates.As stated I'm a big guy, was definitely only wide enough to be a single bed for me!Top buy :-) well chuffed

Used an electric air pump to blow up and deflate. Inflates in under 2 mins, lovely high sides and comfy flocked top. The double valve appears to be working very well.Expected this to be 2 small for 2 people, however I was wrong as it will be perfectly adequate especially when using in a smaller tent bedroom and the double depth makes this feel luxiourious to lie on.If this stays as comfy and reasonably inflated when I use this on my camping holiday I will be really pleased

Bought this for camping and it's a nice height and the quality is good, but I don't like how the sides bow out. This means that the Quickbed ends up being much wider and taking up significantly more space inside the tent. So whilst It's decent quality, I generally find small doubles like this too narrow for two adults to sleep on comfortably (I like to spread out!) and the extra space it takes up with the bowing sides means this is a 4/5 for me.

Took two of these camping, they are large singles almost the size of a double, being raised helped us getting up without scrambling around on the floor. They are the most comfortable airbeds i have ever slept on, one did deflate a little but may have been the heat as it was very hot.I would say for an children will sleep very comfortably, two small adults at a push, i would class these as luxury for a great night sleep when camping.

Used over a weekend for a camping trip. Did go down, but not really noticeable or a nuisance for us.With that amount of volume, the temperature changes overnight will make the air inside it expand and contract, and no air bed will ever solve that problem. Hardly a laborious task spending a few minutes re-inflating anyway.Not too wide which is what we were looking for, but still quite heavy!Would buy again.

Overall its 5 stars the only tiny niggle is that it does need a slight "pump up" each nite before use as i some air does come out. But with an electric pump its about 20 secs (yep so as you can see not much escapes just enough to make it a little too wobbly).am i glad i bought- oh yes!!! do i recommend it - absolutely!!

Have used this for several nights camping. So far so good. Goes down very slowly, but not a problem. It's comfortable for two people if used on level ground. I use a hand pump which is ok if you want the exercise, (electric would be much quicker and easier). Came with its own bag which was nice as not shown in advert.

Brilliant product. Bought it for my partner and I to use camping. Both of us fit on it and I'm a broad chap. Pleased with it, hardly loses any air. With cold temperatures in the night it just loses that firmness. But a quick top up of air just for a few seconds before bed, then settle down for a good night sleep.

A very good purchase. Much easier to get in & out of bed - no more crawling around on the ground! A lot warmer too than the standard air beds & extremely comfortable. Not overly big - a good double size fits snugly in out tent bedroom. Would recommend. Comes with it's own bag which is essential when camping.

Bought this item for our camping holiday in August for my wife as she has difficulty getting up from a single height bed. She claimed it was extremely comfortable and slept better in this than our bed at home which cost several hundreds of pounds. We now use it in our summer house for guests when they stay.

For the price this is a very good raised double airbed for occasional use. I bought it to be a spare bed in my flat and have found it ideal for that use. It did go down slightly over night, but not enough to cause a problem. When inflated it is very lightweight making it easy to move when not required.

I was hesitating and seriously considering buying other big brands however, this airbed is double but smaller than other leading brands. I'm very happy with the purchase. It does not deflate, stays firm and it's comfy. You'll need an electic pump for this mattress.

This is a nice bed, obviously takes a long time to inflate compared to smaller beds. Mine does loose some air overnight, but not too much. Use mine with a Coleman Hampton double sleeping bag for overnight sleeps in my van. Nice to be high off the ground.
