I call these my gravel bottles for obvious reasons. On particularly muddy or dusty days I'd put plastic wrap over my bottle with a rubber band. I also stopped using podium bottles because once the dirt was in the nozzle, it was a pain to get it out.First off, I'm so glad they changed the bottle shape to actually fit bottle cages. The original design was a bad idea.Second, the nozzle cover is a nice add. My girlfriend would get disgusted with the grit and dirt when she had to drink. I just pretended it helped my immune system :PThe nozzle cover works okay; not great. It only covers the very top. So if your mouth comes in contact with the nozzle,

I have another one off these podium bottles, but it doesn’t have that little silicone cap keeping the mouthpiece clean. When mounted on my bike, that mouthpiece would fill with dust and road grime. When in my bag, it would fill with whatever lint existed in there as quickly as possible. When in my backpack’s water bottle pouch, it would inevitably fall out and land mouthpiece first into dirt.This one little cap has made this bottle so incredibly better, I’m genuinely surprised that not all podium bottles have it. I can still maneuver the bottle one handed just fine.Sometimes, I forget to put it in lock mode and toss it in my bag. It still hasn’t leaked. It’s pretty great.

This is the only water bottle that was short enough to fit on my bike. Was not expecting much for the price but I love this little water bottle a lot! I bought it quickly without really looking over the details...there is a cover to keep dirt out and it's similar to the really nice sports bottles that you can give yourself a little blast of water (when you're face is hot) or sqeeze the water to shoot out when you're riding (like a Gatorade bottle) hope that makes sense.

This works as described. A little container for my gatorade during my MTB rides. I still carry by hydration pack for some supplemental water and my other stuff. Gatorade drinks are not suited for hydration packs so this bottle works perfectly. The 8inch length fits my Scott MTB, anything longer wont fit. The cover takes care of the trail dirt.

Functional water bottle for mountain biking. It’s got a cap to go over the mouth piece that protects it from all the mud being flung up. Fits in all the different cages I’ve put it in. Does get scratched if you put it in a metal cage but, that’s to be suspected. Also, it’s pretty easy to break down the cap for cleaning. I’d buy it again.

I bought two, one for myself and the other for my girlfriend. We have absolutely no issues with these bottles. The top is NOT hard to open, and the bottle is easy to squeeze. We like the large valve and it's easy to take apart to clean. We can't understand the negative reviews.

Does exactly what it says on the tin, leak proof with or without additional switch off being used, however this is quite stiff at first. My 2 needed a bigger bottle in truth, iI'd say ideal for ages 5 to 9.

Very practical size, fits well under the rear suspension shock. Also the cap helps to keep the dirt off the mouth piece.

Great bottle m? Fits my mountain bike!! All bottle seals keep dirt off mouth piece. Easy to use while riding

Good bottle. Never leaks. My my son is struggling to twist the top. So we keep it open and put the lid on.
