I don't see how an item like this can specifically be for women. Maybe the colour? But I'm a guy, and I like the colour.I've been wanting one of these for quite a while - a mid weight merino buff, and this came in on offer. So I bought one. And I certainly haven't regretted it. It fits nicely, use it as a face covering also, and as like all Buff's, has a multitude of uses.I can't fault this at all and has been added to my Buff collection. Love it.

A little loose when worn around the neck hut otherwise amazingly diverse. I also used it as a pillow case during winter camping. Dries so quickly.
