We bought this set to go with a set of Bruder construction vehicles for our two year old. The detail is astonishing especially the figure and its accessories. Bruder seems to use a method that moulds the figure with each part made of different coloured plastic. this means that that details like the hair, are made of softer rubbery plastic and their colour will not rub off as it used to happen in similar action figures (e.g. GI Joe). The whole assembly is also very neat, the joints are almost invisible which makes a very robust toy. The accessories are brilliant. immovable hard hat, hand tools that are stored safely in a toolbox, spade, pick and broom made of very durable plastic,

My 3 1/2 year old son LOVED this set. I was amazed at the detail of the tools and character, which moved arms, legs and head! Very authentic, will buy more in this Bruder figure series (was been a bit disappointed with the the brands vehicles previously..)
