upon opening the box I was pleased with the first impressions. Overall seems like a nice unit ! only issues I have are ...... 1 the way the eye piece slides in and out is very rough this could cause minute particles to fall onto the inner lens , 2 I have had issues with the photo capture facility where the program says the camera is not found, after multiple tries it works then it can stop again, this could be an issue with my computer but it shows the camera as working when i check using windows.Other than these two points it seems like a sturdy item with good clear imaging! I'd give it 8 out of 10.
