I bought this to use in pregnancy -great to sit on when slouching on the sofa is no longer a good option (in later pregnancy). Fast delivery, no problems inflating it -it came with two stoppers and an adapter to use to inflate it (which I didn't need with my bog-standard air-bed footpump). I'm glad I didn't go for the more expensive versions 'cos this has been absolutely fine for what I've needed it for.

it's an effective and helpful aid.i used a lot in my last time of pregnency and that helped me to have an easy labour.i am very impressed with it and i reccommend that to every women not just for a short labour but for fitnes too.it's great and it's a lot of fun.

this gym ball was easy enough to inflate, using a foot pump, it doesn't take up too much space, it is ideal for my pilates workout.

Excellent, use ball to sit on at computer ensures no nodding off and very comfortable using leg and core muscles to keep balance.
