This is by far the best brand of ball I've seen. I have had several of varying brands, but this one lasted as a desk 'chair' for around 10 years! The only reason it's getting 4 instead of 5 stars is that there seems to have been an accident in shipping, and it came without a plug. This makes it rather difficult for it to fulfill its purpose. Fortunately, pack rat that I am, I had a plug leftover from a previous incarnation of this ball that seems to work just fine. As I already had the plug and don't need another, I did not contact the seller about it and thus cannot comment about customer service.

I have used this make of exercise ball for three years and only needed a new one after accidentally damaging my old one. They come in different sizes depending on your height, denoted by the different colours. It is a lot firmer than others I've tried and heavier, but I find that contributes to a better workout. It's a little more expensive than some others but well worth the extra few pounds.

This particular size and brand was specified by my physiotherapist and seems to be a good piece of kit.I stupidly didn't think that it wouldn't come fully inflated so got an pump thingie from argos which claimed to be suitable for almost anything and that did the job.

Needed this for physio at home. Physio recommended this brand in particular for being thicker than some cheaper balls. I'm 5'4 and the 65cm is perfect for me. Easily pumped up (pump not included) and I'm happy with it.

it's a shame you get no instructions/tutorial with it apart from that if you have the pum'pand adapter already then it's great price

Purchased as same brand as used in my local physiotherapy department. The colour hasn't stained my light coloured carpet either.

Good quality except the ball has a slightly 'tacky' finish, rather than matt, meaning dirt and dust gets stuck to the ball.

Fantastic for exercising with I recommend to any one especially those with hip problems.I have found this a great help.

I bought 2. One for my wife, and one for my horse. The horse really enjoys kicking it, and keeps her mind alert.

Have been using this ball for a few weeks now with 7 year old for physio excercises. Is strong and durable.
