These balls come in different sizes, so be sure to check which one you need. I am 5'8 (168 cm) and I find this one works well for me.This ball is burst resistant, which for the price seems a really good feature for avoid injury.I sit on this almost daily. I have a bulging disk in my spine causing sciatic pain particularly when I sit on a chair or sofa etc, but sitting on this ball helps relieve and distribute the pressure, so it works really well for me.It does lose some air over time, so be prepared to pump it up again, but I've not found that a problem. I don't care about it being fully pumped up, so in the 4 months that I've had it I've not pumped it up again.

Initially we bought this to help our baby with his balance. Surprisingly we found ourselves also using it for several purposes from stretching to sitting (and keep a good posture).Its size is ideal for keeping it in a room. 65cm seemed to big for what we wanted. 45cm is perfect! It's also very resistant so you can kind of jump on it :-)It is also very easy to fill it and the foot pump that comes with it is great.I definitely recommend this Gym Ball.

The 85cm ball is brilliant but as other purchasers have stated, the pump is totally useless! They would be better off by not supplying the pump at all. Fortunately I have a foot operated bellows pump which did the trick. What a shame because the ball is first class and would have earned five stars but for the pump. Buy the ball but source a decent pump elsewhere.

everything I have ever wanted in a round, exercise ball. Having said that, it does take up a reasonable amount of space (you will notice it in the living room) and as the pump for it is a bit on the useless side (had to repair twice in pumping up), you won't want to deflate-reflate before and after an exercise session.

The ball is exactly as described. As others have mentioned, the foot pump which comes with it is very cheap quality. I think it would of taken days to inflate using that pump. We had a larger pump and was inflated in 5 minutes. I might consider adding a bit more air every couple of weeks as I like it to stay firm.

What a great bit of kit. This is the perfect size for floor work and toning up your abs. It inflates easily and does not go down. It's a bit of a minefield trying to buy a reliable gym ball ( having had a few) but several months in I am still happy with this one.

Really good quality gym ball and came with two valve stoppers which is useful in case of losing one. The pump is pretty useless but I didn't know it came with one anyway so I'm not going to reduce the 5 star rating for it. Great value for money.

We got this for our autistic 7 year old. She loves to play with it, bounce on is and roll over the top, pumped it up easily and not needed to re pump so far. The foot pump looks a little fragile but we're not doing a bouncy castle with it.

The wife does not stop using this! Wanted to give it a one star just because it is always being used and gets in the way of dinner being made! But it makes the wife happier than TV which is a brucie bonus.

This exercise ball is good value as it comes with a helpful foot pump. It does need pumping up regularly to maintain itssize and I would recommend buying a size up from what you think you want.

I use this ball instead of a chair at my desk at home. I find it very comfortable and strong. i give one star less because it seems to give a little air and i had to refill it twice.

when pumped up using a proper pump (not the feeble one that it ships with) it stretches to way beyond the specified size before becoming firm enough to sit on comfortably.

Met my requirements!Can comfortably take the necessary air pressure. Retains the pressure well & is comfortable to work with.Am happy with it!

very good product, just the pump is quite cheap and not very strong for this size of the ball. but overall it is relay good product.
