It currently scares me just how many things we need to ''Plug In'' these days given the fact when we first moved in to our current home many, many years ago we only really had a Kettle, a Microwave and probably a couple lamps and an alarm clock!But these days with all our must-have gadgets .... I keep running out of sockets to plug anything in! Nightmare.And so ..... liking quality products, especially where electricity is concerned plus the point of over-loading anyone outlet ....... I always buy Belkin products, either Surge ones such as this, basic ones or even their All Singing All Dancing multi media ones.Just one word of caution.

Well, after owning this product for nearly two years (17 January 2010), I can guarantee that it will not fail on you anytime soon. I haven't kept it in the best of conditions but nevertheless it's held it's own. I have a Xbox 360, a 37inch widescreen TV, a 24inch HD monitor, a gaming computer, a sky box set and a wireless telephone, I've had all these products connected for well over a year now, I've even had the electricity in the house go out sometimes because of a fuse or such, but my products have never been affected. I would definitely recommend this Belkin product, as I've had first hand experience at it's brilliance. I am now considering upgrading to a bigger Belkin board as I need more ports :).

Not perfect looking and the option were very annoying preventing me from getting 1x 3-foot extension cable at the price it was displayed as but it works.Currently i have the below connected:80w speakers600w pc47w monitor89w ps4I think up to 10w charging for my phone5 year old tvI leave it on all the time and i have had no issue with it even when everything is plugged in and running. ill update if any issue arrises (Dont know why but im always sceptic of power leads because it could ruin anything with a processor in it which everything connected to this one has

This is a well made product, ideally suited for my needs. I wanted some added protection for my computer equipment and TV/satellite/theatre systems to avoid problems caused by spikes and outages on my electricity supply. I bought 3 of these devices to use in confined areas close to the power supply and the 1m lead is therefore ideal - no trying to deal with a bundle of excess cable. If you need more flexibility, buy the 3m version for only a few pennies more.As usual delivery by Amazon was excellent (and free). An excellent purchase and very good value for money.

I got this for my monitors and chargers for my phone and laptop, my AMP/DAC for headphones and anything else I might want to plug in. It works well what more can I say, there has been no power delivery issues with any of the devices plugged in and the build itself is a standard hard, rigid plastic with a nice long cable. It is kinda forced to plug stuff in at first but as you do it for a bit they'll loosen up a bit, it also has a fuse light which is a nice safety feature.Highly recommended.

Did some research and the affordable ones that publish proper specifications were Belkin and Masterplug. The four way Masterplug is better than the four way Belkin, but the six way Belkin offers vastly better surge protection, so I opted for them. They also have no unnecessary additional lights, only a small surge indicator led to let you know it still has life in it and doesn’t light the room up too much. Good product.

I bought this product for my parents who have only two power points behind their TV for all the various TV, DVD, Sky, video, hi-fi etc. A branded product with the added protection of a surge resister and only a (relatively) short lead so not to add to the rest of the spaghetti of wires behind the unit.It does the job it is meant to and was much cheaper than any of the major high street electricals or PC chains.

When I unplugged my plugs from the previous unprotected extension and transferred to this one in the same positions I noticed two plugs would not fit together. Checking the length this item is fractionally shorter between sockets. Fortunately I found a combination of plugs which fitted next to each other. Something to be aware of. Would be 5 stars if it was fractionally longer between sockets.

In the event of a power surge in a blink of an eye, all your electricals could blow and be gone with no return. It's very important to protect the circuit they are on especially if they are worth a lot of money. This extension lead by belkin is great build quality, has a long cable so you have plenty of room and also gives you peace of mind knowing everything is safe if anything may arise.

I wanted a small 6 way socket to fit under a shelf & this is about as small as you can get. It's very nicely made out out good quality plastic & the plugs fit in & out smoothly. Having a choice of lead lengths is useful & I chose the 1m length. It also has the bonus of surge protection which should help protect equipment form mains spikes.

Very good, does what it says on the box, great 6 in 1, supplies good current and voltage solidly for 2 hour test with no drop in current/voltage metre, very good cheap high quality protection, great build quality, buy it! You won't regret it! Highly recommended, ultra recommendation! Seriously buy it!!

Great surgeon socket extension lead. I got about 3of them and they absolutely brilliant. I using for my laptops, phone and other stuff. They are working well. Not overheating like some cheap one. Light indicator is great to have then u know power is on. I'm pretty happy with product and price

Arrived quickly and well packaged.There is a little green light which tells you it's switched on.I really like you can choose a longer or shorter cable - not all brands allow you to do that. We chose the shorter length and it is a good length for our needs. Will be buying another one!

I have used Belkin products for some long time. They have been used to protect TVs and other AV items mainly. All products have always been very well made, totally successful in performance and well priced. I bought the E Series to protect my rebuilt Hi-Fi rack, worth over £6k.

my sister had the world record for too many plugs in one socket so I bought a multi socket with surge protection. Tidier job, less chance of power surge. Price was good and delivery was fine - even over christmas. I'm happy.
