These are a great addition to the swim-bag - a lot different from my usual fins - they fit like a glove - and I don't know what sort of hydrodynamics they've employed in the design but I could feel my legs getting a better workout.I am a size 9.5 and got the 7.5-9.5 ones, and they just about fit with a bit of effort and a bit of time, but are a bit too tight. If you are a 9.5, buy the next size up. It does take a bit of time to put them on due to the tightness, and I am afraid of breaking the ankle band with having to stretch it over my heel. Maybe time will improve the fit if they stretch, but I was pleased to find them comfortable to wear, and because of the design the usual pressure/abrasion point across the front of the toes,or across the bottom of the Achilles wasn't there. No sore spots! They are also very light - a bonus for swimming and carrying. And they float - another bonus.Time will tell how much it has improved the power from my kick

These were too small as new but, after some time of use they began slowly to fit. I advise you to heat them up in hot water and put them on to speed up the process. The buoyancy is so good that I use them as well as pullbuoy in freestyle. As training fins these are wonderful because they are not too large for quick propulsion and not too small to increase the strength in the legs.Easy to turn with at the wall and great for underwater dolphin kick. Perfect for fly tecnique due to the special design.Although i have absolutely no use for them in plain breaststroke, they are too big for that.Because of the low weight they are easy to carry to and from the pool.4 stars because of the fitting problems as they were new and the lack of breaststroke abilities ,i woulden't recommend you to go up in size as i'm afraid they'd getting too big for your feet after some time of use.

When I started swimming again I wanted to have a decent pair of fins and found these. And I'm glad I did! The fins are easy to put on and take off. The material feels nice against my feet, it reminds me of the material Crocs shoes are made of.I really like the fact that the fins are compact in size and very light so they fit in my bag with no problems. (The size S fins weigh just 93 g/fin, the lenght is approx. 38 cm). Despite of the size and weight the fins work perfectly and I swim so much better and faster with them. (My swimming technique is so rusty after many years break but these fins really help me to swim better).About the sizing: I use S with size 6 and the fins fit me perfectly.Overall,I'm really pleased with these fins. Highly recommended!

I bought these after my daughters' new swim coach recommended them when she joined a local squad for the first time. My initial reaction was "weird". At first our oldest daughter (10) was envious of her sister's new pink Maru fins as they were "what everyone else has" and she didn't want to "look like a seal" (read = be different). But after trying both the Maru fins and the Aqua Sphere fins in the water, she was convinced. Her best friend now also has a pair so they are going to set a trend in their squad. Lighter = faster and they're as comfortable as they can be given what they are! They're a bit like Crocs in feel/weight. Look like a seal or look like a duck with the other fins?Seals are better known for swimming! :-)

All of a sudden you can go a distance instead of in, flop about and out again. Did 2.64 K in a Scottish loch yesterday and am now wondering if 10 K is an impossibility. You hardly feel as though you have them on apart from the extra speed you can see when going over a shallow bit near the shore. When it was really shallow at one point they worked real well breast stoke as well, which came as a pleasant surprise and a bit of a rest. Not looking forward to a reality check when I next try and swim without them although my legs should be much stronger. If you want to get into this cheaty stuff try duct tape between your wetsuit glove fingers Regards Les.

I've had 6 back operations and now have arthritis in my spine and osteoarthritis in both hips and after discussing "treatments" with my GP and physio decided to try swimming. Having not swum for 40+ years I did a lot of research online for various ways to help my aging joints cope with exercise again, and chose the Aqua Sphere Aqua Fin. They are NOTHING like you have seen/used before as they are SO LIGHT yet SO strong and I can't wait to try them out :-) Choose a larger size than your normal as they are a tight fit because they are made from foam and don't "give" like rubber etc.I will update later once I've tried them out . . . . . . . .

Just love these flippers . My husband and I both have a pair . Do make sure they have a snug fit . This needs a bit of getting used to but really helps you to be propelled through the water . Love them ! The material is also really light and comfortable to wear unlike other flippers I have tried . We have had lots of positive comments too from other interested swimmers . I have a rubbish leg kick and these flippers have really helped build up my leg strength and kick!!! I would definitely recommend buying a pair . Currently Amazon is also the cheapest place to buy them !!

These fins are amazing - they give you a really powerful aerobic workout - you go twice as fast in the water and the legs and core are really working out which is unusual for swimming. This means your heart is really pumping.Without them I cant swim more than two lengths of crawl without using another stroke inbetween - with them I could swim for an hour, fromt crawl all the way. I highly recommend them.Oh and the shape is great too - because they are left and right footed and never touch in the middle as you swim.

Have been using these fins for about 3 weeks now and they are great. Good fit. I use L with shoe size 10. No problem telling left from right, not only because of the patently obvious L and R, but also due to the asymmetry. Very light, good buoyancy, so ideal position. Better then the "ordinary" fins I used to have, which, admittedly, cost considerably less. Nevertheless, worth every penny. And yes, you do go a lot faster with these things.

Oh wow, best fins I've ever worn.I've been through many a fun in my time and these are by far the best.I have ankle injuries so I needed a lightweight fin that wouldn't be to hard on my ankles... These are perfect! And they are the fastest fins I've ever worn too. The way the fins are shaped helps you kick more realisticly for when you take them off too, so you're developing your kicking technique as well as swimming super fast!

A very good product.Extremely light weight. They float.Shape and compact size make walking and climbing ladder and steps quite easy.(Unique Left, Right foot shape)Flexability seems to give more thrust than larger rigid fins and with less effort.Would be excellent and 5 star rating, if soles were non slip.Care required on wet tiles etc. eg. pool surrounds.Too soon to comment on longevity.Buying a further two pairs!!

Im size 14(UK) and I got the 13.5 which (with a bit of strength) fits me perfectly.Very lightweight fins, you barely feel them on.When I used it the first time it felt so natural. It help me improve my kick on freestyle stroke and backstroke, feels like its working on my leg, bum and lower back muscles.Gave me an incredible speed (obviously). The most important thing for me is that these aren't clumsy at all.

I tried these for the first time today, they are excellent especially in improving speed - I’m not the fastest swimmer but these certainly helped especially for front crawl. However, not as fast for great stroke, I think they are aimed for front crawl more. Very easy to get one and off in the water. Slight downside, slightly slippy in the water. Great sizing for a size 5 - I got the small. Definitely recommend.

This is the second pair of fins I have bought now and wish I'd gone for these first! Compared to my last brand, these are so light you forget you have them on. I've only had them a couple of weeks and they are already improving my kick. My only concern is how long they'll last, being so light (foam like material) I can see a crease developing from pushing off the wall. In saying that, I would buy another pair.

These fins are good but they are a bit tight, I take a 9 shoe so went for the 9 to 9 1/2 but they are hard to get on and off especially when in the water. They are light and do hold your feet up slightly, some other people in my triathlon club also have these fins, and we all say that they are tight to get on and off. I would go a complete foot size bigger if I was getting some more.
