I’ve had this case for nearly 18 months, in which I’ve dropped my phone many times in many different ways and it is still intact, so can’t ask for more than that really!The case is very high quality - it looks and feels great and even when it gets scuffed, still looks nice as it’s leather. The buttons on the side feel great and are much better than the leather ones on my old iPhone 6 leather case.I’ve seen unofficial cases and in my opinion it’s worth the extra for the Apple one due to the improved look and feel.

Quite honestly describes product and quality can felt from touch. Bought few after market cases in past and never used them more than couple of days. Bought original case for the first time and I have already been using it from nearly two months now. Design of buttons is really good and they works as they work without case.Gives me peace of mind and at the same time I don’t need to compromise the usability of buttons and hands can also feel the quality of this item.

Genuine Apple item so fits the iPhone Xs perfectly. It has a tough surface to protect the back of the phone and sits slightly proud of the front so it protects the glass if you put the phone down face-downwards. All the buttons work normally but you might need something to help you turn silent mode on and off.I've given it 4 stars for value for money because Apple products while nicely designed, are never cheap.

Absolutely amazing! Had this case for my 8 plus but when I got my Xs I decided not to buy it. However after I got an Amazon voucher for Christmas I thought I’d treat myself and bought it and not regret not buying it sooner.You can tell it’s been designed by Apple as it’s seamless, the phone feels very different and looks so much better!Love this!

I was initially disappointed by how easily scratched this case got even in light use. But over time all those marks have blended together to give the case character - or patina. This look is not for everyone but I like how it compliments the sleek glassy look of the XS Max. Good quality product as expected from Apple.

Feels nice to hold with plenty of grip. It’s easy to fit and remove and all the edges are nicely finished so it feels really comfortable on my XS Max. Only adds a small amount of bulk overall, and sits approx 1mm higher than the screen. Look on it a minimal protection and you’ll be OK. The price is my only complaint

Bought this as a present for my grandson who is into apple stuff. I'm sure he will love it, but I think it's very expensive for what it is. It seems anything with the Apple logo attracts a bigger price. The case itself seems decent quality so I guess it's just a matter of taste.

More expensive than most cases but by far the best. I have had three now and they have proved durable and a lovely item to hold. Why buy a £1K phone and hold a low rent case? The leather is good quality in a verity of subtle colours.

I don’t often write reviews but I feel this case is deserving of one, the price is a little high but it’s definitely great value for money.. I’ve bought many cases and been left feeling disappointed.. Apple aced it with this case

A perfect fitting case that feels like very high quality leather. Easy to grip and hold and a nice slim profile. Buttons feel metal and high quality but the power button is a little hard to press.

Great cover for iPhoneX. I love the colour, the leather, as well as the fit and finish; i just wish apple products were more affordable.

It’s well made, surely overpriced. I went for the warehouse deal with acceptable grade. How bad can it be with half the price?

Marks up / scuffs very easily however it is nice to hold and as you would expect with an Apple accessory it fits perfectly.

Absolutely sensational case. Premium product. Expensive but you can see why. Looks and feels great. Worth the money.
