We had a failing Panasonic DECT phone, even if left on charge for 24 hours you would be cut off after 10 minutes of use, as many others will relate to; call a utility company and you can be in a queue on hold for longer than.I had never heard of this company before, it was only thanks to other Amazon reviews and Google that I decided to give them a try and here I am 8 months after purchasing them leaving an easy 5 star review.I purchased the 1300mAh version and I found them to be an upgrade rather than a replacement, they are much better than the batteries the phone came supplied with, they hold their charge better and they last longer.

This is my first experience of Ansmann rechargeable batteries, and after a few weeks of use I am very happy with the performance of these Dect phone specific units.The Sanyo Eneloop units previously installed were discharging very quickly in our amplified handsets - and it's so annoying to be cut off in mid-conversation!Comparing the Sanyo v Ansmann at this early stage of use/life, the Ansmanns are considerably longer lasting, and I am hopeful that they will continue to be so, further into their life-cycle.I tried these after hearing of Ansmann's "top of the range" reputation, and I have no reason to doubt that rating, thus far.

I have used Ansmann rechargeable batteries for a number of years, and have also bought the Ansmann Max e Speed-set charger to charge both AA and AAA. I have found these Ansmann Phone batteries reliable and long lasting. Don't put the higher powered bastteries in a DECT phone, as they do not seem to charge properly. If the phone came with an 800NiMH battery replace it with an 800 NiMH battery and you can be sure of good reliable battery life.

I like that these arrived ready to use with a partial charge, and that they are designed specifically for use in phones. It is a little difficult to rate durability as I would expect these to last for years, but they have certainly started off well and can stand a long phone call (one hour) without any problems, not even much drain on the battery. I hope I don't have to buy again for a very long time!

I bought a fake CCTV with a flashing LED light and a solar panel to charge the batteries. Bought these batteries to go in. They've been in the camera now for 10 months and still going. I appreciate that it doesn't take much to power a small LED but they've done the job I wanted them for, and well.

Bought for an old uncle of 80 plus years he was going to buy a new port house phone. He thinks they brill.It saved him learning how to operate a new modern small button, lots of features, singing, dancing,and headache inducing replacement cordless.Not cheapest but good quality.

Batteries which came with BT Aura handsets had after several years service started to loose charge very quickly.Swapped these into the handsets and left to charge for a few hours. Great new lease of life for handsets which can now be used all day with most of the charge left.

Too soon to say how good they are, longevity etc.. but I researched a lot and thought for a fiver we'll give them a go. Fitted into a cordless handset , works fine so far..no reason to believe they won’t be ok. Game of chance.

These seem ideal for my Gigaset DECT phones, however the actual packaging doesn’t mention them being specifically designed for phones, just a range of other devices.
