Used for carry on luggage initially but have used it for general purpose stuff since.The bag is well made, comes with a hole for padlocking the zips together if needed however mine came with two keys and no padlocks lol.The only real downsides are that the shoulder strap is short and it digs into your shoulder due to only having a plastic cover (nothing padded). If you are carrying heavy items over your shoulder, such as laptops then I would avoid this bag for that reason. The other downside is the metal clip on the shoulders is flimsy and will likely break with any heavy weight in the bag since it elongates itself constantly on to its weaker side.For light use though,

I am flying with Ryanair in July, so in line with their hand luggage policy, I decided to purchase this bag. Last week I used it for a four-night trip to Thessaloniki, flying with Easyjet: I treated this trip as a trial run to see what it would contain. One pair espadrilles, one pair trousers, one pair shorts, two shirts, two T-shirts, four pairs boxers, three pairs trainer socks. Also, plastic bag of toiletries, selfie stick, tablet and charger, sunglasses, and travel document wallet. Very pleased with the result, and am confident that it will be fine for any short summer flights.

I used 4 of these to take myself and my children on their first holiday abroad.They are a perfect size to fit underneath the seats on the plane (as stated) and we never had any problems with sizing/having to check them with the airline.They are compact, durable, and fit quite a lot in them for the size.I would suggest that you get some vibrantly coloured name tags (I did) in anticipation of others having the same bags (which many did) but I could spot mine quite easily.They fold down flat so are easy to store.

Bought this specifically for a Ryanair flight, and it was perfect. Ryanair only allows non-priority customers to bring one small bag (40cm x 20cm x 25cm) onboard free of charge, and this must be placed at your feet under the seat in front. (If you want to take a cabin bag for the overhead lockers or a hold bag you need to pay extra.) This bag is the right size, and we found it held quite a lot if you pack carefully. Sturdy and well-made, too. Worth buying even if we only use it once.

This bag was perfect for a weekend in Dublin, two of us managed to fit enough to last us the two days we were in Dublin, admittedly there wasn't any space left for anything else but with the new Ryanair hand luggage regulations we wanted to be sure we wouldn't get any nasty surprises at the airport! It was also light and compact enough to carry around for a couple of hours through the day after checking out of the hotel. I would happily buy another one if needed.

Bought this only to accommodate the ridiculous new rules on Ryanair flight to London. It’s an overnight only and in a hurry so can’t afford to waste time at a baggage carousel. The bag itself is tiny BUT I’ve already worked out it holds much more than it looks - a bit of a Tardis. Quality wise, well, for less than a tenner it’s good enough but the top zip does feel a bit sticky so worried it will break easily. But all in all, pretty pleased with this bag.

Bought this for my husband to take on Ryanair as his second smaller bag. Did exactly what it needed to. Carried a surprising amount and although the material is thin it seems to be sturdy.I then used as my "handbag" on a flybe flight. They don't give specific sizes for the smaller bag, just that it must fit under the seat. This fitted perfectly. I found it helpful to put toiletries and electronics in it for easy access at security.Would buy again

This is perfect to replace my current carry-on bag as it is smaller and therefore encourages me to carry on less! The main reason I bout it was the strap at the back that allows me to slide it over the extended handle of my suitcase so will make it easier to carry in and out of airports. I did knock one star off the sturdiness because the first time I used it I had put a heavyish item in it so it did not sit perfectly on top of the suitcase.

This item did the job perfectly... Fitted in with Ryanairs ridiculous carry on sizes!! Holds more than you think! I rolled my clothes instead of folding and managed to get in a dress, 4 tops and 2 pairs of denim shorts along with flip flops and toiletries and underwear!! The lock and key is a bonus and the side pocket kept my passport safe. Well worth the money!!

I bought this to ensure I complied with Ryanair's updated onboard luggage size. It is sturdy and more capacious than it first appears. Some supposedly Ryanair-approved carry-on bags sold are too large but I travel with this one knowing I am not going to be excess charged. Very happy with my purchase.

my son uses it to take his lunch and reading material to work. Sometimes he puts in a bowl and cutlery for cooked food and everything fits in it quite well yet it is a good size, not large and bulky. Being black in colour my son feels comfortable carrying this bag on his shoulders!

Smaller than expected, but that was probably my fault for not checking the dimensions properly. other than that, a great holdall, comfortable to carry and I don't worry about the straps when carrying heavy things, no sign of breaking yet

Was ideal for me because I used it to carry shoes that I was unable to fit into my carry on luggage,plus my medications,and my toiletries,and there was enough room to fit my handbag in,so I was extremely pleased I purchased it.

Fabulous for the new Ryanair cabin bag rules. Perfect size, easy to carry and it’s amazing how much you can fit in them. I bought 3 and used those and 2 others bags for myself, my husband and 3 children to go away for 5 days.

Bag was larger than I'd anticipated so I'll be able to keep a number of extra things in there which will be handy. I thought it was rather expensive though and especially when you consider it cost as much a my small suitcase!
