The functionality of this mount really appealed to me: a thin profile with a secure locking mechanism that doesn't involve screwing bolts into the mount from an uncomfortable angle.Unfortunately, the spring in one of the brackets broke soon after mounting it. It became an uncomfortable wrestling match as I tried to get the screen off the mount. There's no "backup process" if the cheap springs used here fail - you can't unscrew the clip from behind, and you can't just slide it off at the end (there's a backstop which would need bending, and a difficult to remove plastic end cap).I would caution people to think carefully when buying this bracket - if it fails,

Although it includes everything you need to easily fit the bracket, once your tv/monitor is up there it tilts out from the bottom no matter what adjustments you make, the clips that secure the brackets are hard to get clicked in place and the repeat removal to get things right is worrying when such think cheap springs are used. A return was the only option.

If you want a reletavely low profile small wall bracket with a tilt function then AVOID buying this. The poor design of the hinges do not lock therefore you either have no tilt or full tilt. It looks solid but is not designed well. I returned this without a second thought.

Had to drill additional holes in the bracket as it only came with three which are all placed very close together. Other than that I like the bracket.
