The one star only applies to the tent. Unfortunately we had to find out when setting up that this tent is very difficult to tension so that it can keep out heavy rain. The second major negative point is that it can no longer be folded to the dimensions of the transport bag. No tent for relaxed vacation trips. We are talking about 30 years of camping experience. But I would give the Campz shop 5 stars. Order and reverse processing were great. Any time.
