The awning was used for the first time in quite blowy conditions on the Northumberlan coast. It does exactly what it says on the can - its goes up in about ten minutes and you can driveaway once set up.Erecting the awning is straightforward for anyone used to putting up tents. That said, fixing it to an awning rail on the van first (with the Kador strip) makes it even easier. The instructions say two people are needed but even with a moderate breeze, it's easy enough for one person to put it up.The awning is compact in size but ideal for a small van - mine's a Vito. The only slight downside is that it's only wide enough on the inside for a campbed in one direction.

Made all the difference to my campervan holiday. It had all the space of a caravan. I could stand, cook, sit and read - all very comfortably with the space and headroom
