If you use a CO2 pump then you have little choice but to buy these cartridges. I think they are well suited for a quick repair and certainly will pump the tyre up enough to get you home. I prefer these to a nornal pump but it is an expensive way to do it! I haven't used any others these seem good quality.

Does what it should with little to complain about, but if I were to be picky... The cartridge protector has no bottom on it so your skin can come into contact with the bottom of the cartridge which gets instantly freezing in use. Having to screw the pump onto the valve can be a little fiddly.
